NOT SURE WHAT TYPE OF FISH OIL IT IS?
It is difficult when trying to choose a good supplement like fish oil but it is important to take fish oil every day for the benefits you receive from taking it. They used to give it to us kids in a tablespoon to swallow and it was the worst-tasting stuff. But everything has changed now and you don’t have to taste it today at all unless you start burping fish burps. You won’t burp from this one though. No aftertaste, no burps, just omega benefits! You get a full month’s supply; even taking two capsules every day. Some suppliers give you a bottle of 30 but tell you to take 3 per day; that’s only ten days supply which is crazy! Read what you get before you buy it! Get your money’s worth!

The size of the gels are a lot smaller than other 2400 mg not sure how it all works but Iâll take it. No fishy burps either. Those are annoying when youâre trying to sleep. Maybe thatâs why they are smaller, they took the burps out

I used to use a more expensive brand of fish oil supplement, but decided to give this brand a try. I feel it has a good amount of various Omegaâs and doesnât smell or taste fishy which can be an issue more often than people think. For the price, it is a good brand to try and see what your experience is with it.
