I recommend for help with brain fog.
I got caught up in shopping; thought I purchased mushroom coffee. This was a pleasant surprise. I donât have to drink liquid earth for results! Two capsules near 7am and by 10ish my brain fog lifts. Iâve had clear mind afternoons X3 days now!

Shaky science, probably grown in China
This is a review for:NATURE TARGET Mushroom Supplement, Mushroom Complex with Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, 14-in-1 Mushrooms for Memory and Focus, 120 CapsulesI’ve been a mushroom hunter for years, and this field seems to be rife with a lot of pseudoscience. To be perfectly blunt about it, I think a lot of the hype is just that: hype. It’s designed to sell products. It’s designed to make money. A lot of the claims are probably false. On the other hand, some of the claims may be true or partially true. So I take supplements like this as part of a strategy similar to Pascal’s Wager. In other words, on the chance that they are doing something good, or that something in the mix is doing something good. However, I’m not convinced that that’s the case. It’s just a possibility, not a certainty. So I place this bet on the basis of some chance of some element of truth â just a possibility. That’s the wager.I’ve tasted the powder inside these capsules, and they definitely contain mushroom powders. I suspect that the dosages might be a little too low, and below optimal. There is a certain threshold that has to be reached in order for beneficial or therapeutic effects. Basically I’m just taking a very wide variety of supplements on the chance that some of it is on target. It’s a scattershot approach, so to speak. Something will hit, or at least that’s a hope and a real possibility. As far as this particular blend goes, it’s from a small company and they are probably getting powders in bulk from China. You can find videos showing how mushrooms are grown in China.I’m a little leery, frankly, because heavy metals have been found in some of these products, and the standards are not as high as in the US, and they are poorly enforced. Night soil is commonly used in Chinese agriculture. Sometimes I think I should just bite the bullet and pay extra for products that are more reliably pure, safe, and effective. You can check ConsumerLab to see how their tests have revealed that some of the supplements don’t even contain what they claim to contain. Others contain foreign substances or pollutants, or wildly different dosages from what is claimed.I don’t want to overestimate or overstate this issue, but I don’t want to ignore or minimize it either. If you want to play it safe, I think your best bet is to go with companies that are more transparent, with a long and well proven track record for purity and truthfulness, and meaningful verifiable third party testing â and who are glad to provide the evidence, transparently. Why shouldn’t they be glad to provide it?I was tempted to give three stars, but decided to be generous about it.

Brain Fuel, Body Boost- Cognition, Immunity, Energy, Clarity, Focus, Vitality, Calm, Stamina
This mushroom complex is loaded. Itâs not just a basic Lionâs Mane or Reishi supplementâitâs a hefty blend of 14 mushrooms, which is quite a lineup when it comes to mushroom-based formulas. The major players like Lionâs Mane, Turkey Tail, Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, and Chaga are all here, joined by lesser-known varieties like Royal Sun, Maitake, and Oyster mushroom. Each type of mushroom has its own traditional and studied benefits. Lionâs Mane is probably the most hyped for its potential cognitive perksâthereâs decent buzz around its ability to support memory, clarity, and possibly even long-term brain health. Reishi brings adaptogenic support and is often associated with calming and stress-reducing properties. Turkey Tail and Maitake are more immune-focused, with well-known beta-glucans (polysaccharides) that might help fortify your immune response. Cordyceps tends to be thought of as a stamina and energy mushroom, and Shiitake, aside from being a common culinary favorite, also offers immune and heart-supporting compounds. The label calls out that this formula delivers 30% polysaccharides and 3% triterpenes, which are the active compounds often linked with the health effects of these mushroomsâespecially when you’re talking about immune, anti-inflammatory, and adaptogenic support. Itâs always a plus when a brand specifies these numbers, because not all mushroom supplements do. Also, itâs a fruiting-body-only product (not mycelium on grain), which is what you typically want for potency. It’s vegan, free from common allergens, and made in a cGMP-certified facility, which adds some confidence in its quality. After going through a full bottle of this, itâs one of those supplements that doesnât hit you with obvious changes, but rather something more subtle and layered. I didnât feel any major jolt of energy or a sharp spike in focus, but I did feel like my mental stamina throughout the day was slightly more resilient. I didnât experience crashes as often, and I seemed to stay more mentally engaged, especially during long periods of work or screen time. Could it have been the Lionâs Mane or Cordyceps? Maybe. On the immune side, I didnât catch any colds or have any major health blips, though that could be luck or a sign the mushrooms were doing something behind the scenes. I wouldnât say I felt immune-boosted, but I also didnât feel run down during a stretch when others around me were getting sick. The experience wasnât dramatic, but it was steadyânothing negative to report, and potentially helpful in ways that arenât always obvious day to day. Like with most mushroom blends, I think this is one of those long-game supplements. It might not give instant results, but over time it may contribute to a stronger baseline of focus, immune resilience, and vitality. If you’re looking for a foundational daily mushroom blend that covers both cognitive and immune angles, this one feels like a solid bet. Especially with the variety it packs into just two capsules a day. Itâs not a silver bullet, but as a daily health support, itâs definitely worth considering if you want to explore mushrooms beyond just Lionâs Mane or Reishi on their own.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:
