It does work.,This one with the handle is somewhat different!
This one is geared more to the promotion of sleep. It does not have the option of sleep vs relieving anxiety.It is constructed differently as well. You must turn the top portion to initiate, and select a modeâ¦then increase its pulse level by pressing another button.The one without the handle, one only has to use buttons to choose sleep or relaxing. As well as increasing the strength of the pulse.The pulse for sleep is different from the pulse for relieving anxiety.I prefer the one without the handle. There is a difference in the signalâs sensation. This removes the guesswork. (Trial and error)They both aid in promoting sleep.

This is junk!
I will try anything to help my sleep. Suffer from chronic insomnia and would like to get off all the medications I have been taking for the past 18 years.!This just sent little burning jabs thru a couple of fingers, felt like light bee stings. Just a useless little machine with absolutely no use!It will be in a drawer with other useless machines and in the trash ina few weeks.

Works everytime
This really does work. I bought a different one off of Temu that seems to be a bit stronger which is nice for someone like me who has pinched nerves so there isnât a lot of feeling at times. However this one still works just fine, I just use the higher setting. These sleep devices are the best thing ever. I donât like sleep meds cause they make me too drowsy the next day so this little device is a life saver.

Donât buy it.
Maybe it worked for some people, but did not for me, I still couldnât sleep. Tried to return it but Amazon said it was a âpersonal deviceâ & not returnable. Now itâs in my junk drawerâ¦
