Good Place To Start
I first purchased this thinking it was a good place to start being new to microneedling. The needles are only .25mm, so after reading up on it, I thought it was starting out small.Also, the ad says this is for a one time use which is incorrect. It must be sterilized between uses. If it were truly meant to be used only once , it wouldnât have come with all that serum and such a large vial. This was confirmed by my dermatologist. The ad says one time use to keep you buying. Sad but true.I used this every other day for about two weeks, seeing a small improvement, so I turned it up a notch and purchased a .5mm head which I am waiting to receive. Hoping it really gets in there for these awful smokerâs lines.

This doesnât work
If I could give this product zero stars I would. Iâve been using a microneedling roller on my face for several years and this looked it would be even better than the roller because it would penetrate the skin and apply good stuff into the skin at the same time. No matter how hard I tried I could not get any fluid to come out of the vial and into the needles. I returned it.
