Perfect derma roller for face.
I am 57, and this is the first derma roller I got in size 0.25. I was new to derma rolling my face/skin and figured I would start with the smaller size. I have since moved on to longer needles.It is easy to hold on to, and appears to be sturdy. I’ve had no issues.This is great, especially for beginners, it works great and did not cause any irritation on my very sensitive skin. I have also been seeing great results since I’ve started doing this. The texture of my skin has greatly improved. I get compliments on the daily about my complexion and my skin.It is easy to use, just take it slow in the beginning, and you will start seeing results. The width of the item is perfect, and can get even into some smaller spaces. I also have a smaller roller for my under eye area and nose. This needle length you can use every other day if needed. And it works on the scalp face and neck perfectly.After derma rolling, you want to stay away from Vitamin C, Retinol, or anything abrasive on your skin. Personally I use Hyaluronic acid serum, and either CeraVe or Cetaphil afterwards for a couple of days.I would definitely recommend this, it is also a great price point. Enjoy!

The actual user has just begun using it and reports that the product is very well made and is easy to use. It was advertised as .5mm and the delivery notes it is .25mm, but the product is marked 1.00mm. User reports no ill effects from the larger size and is able to use the product with no down time. Wanted to add that the needles are titanium instead of stainless steel which only can be used once.
