Extremely high quality dermapen
This is an extremely high quality dermapen. I was not expecting it to be this professional looking, but my friend who is an NP, has one very similar that she uses!First off, I want to compliment the manual. It is extremely extensive, and very well written with clear instructions.The dermapen has both 12 needle heads and 36 needle heads. They provide 10 of each. The 12 pin ones are for the more extensive skin revisions, for example treating things like collagen induction for wrinkles and scars, while the 36 heads are more for things like helping skin care light moisturizing products absorb better and for more surface rejuvenation. At least I think so. In the manual it says that both are good for stretch marks and collagen production.You have two buttons. The first one you hold down to turn on the microneedling pen. You then press it once for each intensity level, one through six.You can adjust the pin/needle depth from .25 up to 2.0. by twirling the dial. They have a very clear reference chart to tell you what depth to use for what area of the face, with different recommendations for thin skin versus thick skin. Most people will be needing anything from .25 up to 1.0. the deeper the needle, the more discomfort.I really can barely feel the shortest ones. You can also apply a numbing cream to help if you wish.They are very clear about exactly how to use it, however I am slightly unclear about how many “passes” you do on each area. I think this is something that you would customize based on your goals. Right now I am just doing two passes.In addition to the micro needling this device has light, including red, green, blue, and yellow. Each has its unique potential benefits. I am a big fan of red light therapy so that is what I’m starting with.It takes around 90 minutes for a full recharge. It says the working duration is about 180 minutes, and since I am only using it for minutes at a time, a few times a week, I have not yet had to recharge it in the last few weeks. They do provide a charging cord.I’m incredibly impressed with the quality of this tool. It feels substantial and incredibly well made in your hand and it seems that it is ergonomically designed to me. I’ll just say it is a massive step up from the derma rollers and stampers I have been using.If you are familiar with the pricey nature of microneedling in a professional setting, but have always wanted to get the amazing results that only professional microneedling can give you, this might just be the shortcut you’re looking for. I’ve only been using a couple of weeks, so I can’t say for certain yet what kind of results I will have.However I have already noticed improvement in my pore size and skin smoothness. Moisturizing products absorb better for sure. It’s like my skin is able to hang on to moisture much better than it used to, and I have finally gotten that lit from within glow going on. I will update regarding collagen induction and wrinkle improvement, especially as I gradually increase needle depth.I think it offers remarkable value for anyone who wants to do advanced skin care in the privacy of their own home. I am incredibly happy with it, and very excited to see where my skin goes next with this!

Excellent quality pen!!
First off, this is a high-quality kit! The Derma Pen feels solid and professional. It’s made of metal, rechargeable, and comes with 20 needle cartridges (10 with 12 pins and 10 with 36 pins). I especially like that it includes light therapy with four settings tailored to different skin concerns.As someone new to micro needling, I found the included manual helpful, but I still had to do a bit of extra research before starting my first session. The needle depth is adjustable from 0.2mm to 2.5mm. I found the lowest setting tolerable without numbing cream, but for deeper settings, numbing is definitely recommended.Make sure to have numbing cream ready and use skincare products that are safe and gentle enough not to irritate your skin during or after treatment.ââ One thing I admit disappointment is that they didn’t include mandatory hyaluronic serum that is needed for smooth gliding and moisture while using. ââMake sure you have this before starting your treatments!Iâm 40 with mild wrinkles, large pores, and hyper pigmentation. These are the issues I hope this device will help improve. It also allows you to adjust the speed, giving you even more control over your treatment.I think the value is on point for the quality you receive. It’s very straight forward and easy to use. If I notice professional results I will absolutely come back and give you an update!

Excellent device
This is an excellent set for anyone that wants to try microneedling at home. I had a pen for a while that I lost somewhere along the way, so this is a great replacement. It feels solidly made with a metal frame that has some weight to it, and it is small enough to easily hold and maneuver around the faceIt comes with 20 needle cartridges, some with 12 pins and some with 36 pins. It’s a nice amount to get started, and replacements are widely available. The pen has a depth adjustment by rotating the head from 0.2mm to 2.5mm. I would recommend starting low and working up if desiredIt’s simple to use with push buttons to adjust the speed, and a digital display of the current setting. There is a bit of a learning curve if you’ve never done it before. I would recommend looking up some tutorials online before starting. There are a lot of helpful videos that will walk you through what supplies to have on hand and safety tips, as well as good techniquesI’ve been using this one for about a week, but I’ve used similar devices in the past with good results. This one works well, and it’s a great way to make sure you are getting the right nutrients deep into the skin

Made of metal and came with many needles as advertised
I am not sure that the pen âcolor therapyâ is actually useful for anything else apart from decoration, the light will only cover a tiny part of the skin, and it’s not like we are going to keep the pen in a single position long enough for the light to do anything lol. Anyways, the texture of the pen itself seems to be made of metal and not plastic, the quality looks very good. It has 6 speeds and two buttons: one for the speed and one for the colors. The instructions were fairly easy to understand and the device came with a charging cable and lot of needles (only size 16 and size 32 needles. I wish there were a few nano-sized needles thrown in there but canât be too picky now haha). The pen came a bit charged so I was able to use it a bit right away to see how it functions. I put it back to charge fully and it took less than an hour for it to be completely charged. You can also adjust the length of the needles once connected to the pen to use it on different parts of the body. Good value overall.

Convenient for home and travel
This is a great quality microneedle roller pen. It has light weight, and easy to handle. It really helps exfoliate and smooth the face. I suggest you try it with your favorite serum. And this one is great for scalp issues or daily use, it is so easy to use and clean. I like this one.
