Works well and seems like it will last with careful use!
This came hygienically sealed and wrapped, which is important for a product like this. I peeled it open, doused it with some rubbing alcohol, and got to it!It has been many years since I used a tool like this, so I wanted to start on the lowest setting. It almost looks like there isn’t anything there but the needles are poking out just slightly. After thoroughly washing and drying my face, I began on my forehead and just started stamping all over until I got to my neck. I found it difficult to stamp my nose but I don’t know if this tool is intended for that.After finishing my face on the lowest level, I decided to turn it half way between lowest and the next measured depth. I repeated the whole process. After that second time, it was noticeable that I had something to my face, in terms of mild pain and some redness. Now, bear in mind that it just did the process twice, and I also was in the sun all day. Probably not the smartest time to start, but oh well!I then covered my face with vitamin E oil, and some seabuckthorn ointment after the oil had mostly absorbed. I woke up with smooth, not at all irritated skin. I plan on implementing a regime with this tool as in general, these are really effective at improving the texture of your skin.If this is the kind of tool you are looking to begin using, this particular one seems to be a fine choice. While it is advertised as a way to stimulate hair growth, it works quite well all over my face. I prefer the stamp over a roller and it is very easy to use!

Professional quality, great for beginners
I don’t have much experience with derma needling but wanted to try it to reduce scarring and other skin issues I’ve had. The device is lightweight and slender and the overall construction feels solid and professional. It came delivered in sterile packaging. The dial allows you to adjust the depth of the needle as you desire, and the action is smooth without jamming. So far I’ve found it easy to sterilize and had no issues with infection. It’s too soon to speak to the results, but I’m happy with the product itself and it does the job for me. At the price point it seems like a great entry level tool for skincare enthusiasts.

New to Microneedling
I’m new to the idea of microneedling, so the fact that the product page specifically mentions it is good for beginners was comforting. There are not full-on instructions for use, just some tips so I spent some time online researching to understand ways to incorporate microneedling into my skincare routine.In the end, I decided to use it on my face along with a couple of serums. I start by cleaning my face, then applying my first serum. Then using the stamp, I lightly press the stamp into my skin all over my face. I then use a second serum afterwards. Neither serum contains retinal/retinol and they are both milder serums since they will penetrate deeper as result of the microneedling.I’ve only used it three times so far as I also read that you want to ease into doing microneedling as you are effectively causing light damage to the top layers of skin to force your body to regenerate faster than normal.So far I’ve been pretty pleased with the results. I experience an extremely slight tingle/burn after the microneedling session. It is a little harder to judge how effective it is overall as these types of benefits are slow and not always easily noticeable.At a price point of $16 USD, I think this is an economical way to explore microneedling without a lot of risk or cost.

Good quality stamp. Needle depth is easily adjustable.
This a Derma stamp, not a roller. Needle depth is easily adjustable, just turn the end of the stamp to change the depth. The adjustable depth makes this much better than my previous roller and stamps. My photos show it turned to the maximum depth, I don’t use it at that depth. I like the handle design. It’s a comfortable size to hold and easy to grip. The stainless steel needles are easy to wash off and sterilize with alcohol once you’re done with it. It feels like it has pretty good build quality, it should last a while. The price is fairly competitive with other microneedle stamps, so it’s a decent value. It’s easy to use, just adjust the needle depth and stamp the needles into your skin. You are essentially stabbing your skin over and over with a bunch of needles, so a bit of skin irritation is to be expected. If you have a fear of needles, you may want to avoid this product.

Being able to choose the needle depth is a huge upgrade!
This is very nice! It’s the first time I have used fhe stamp over the roller and I think I like it! I have used a derma roller on some thinner spots on my beard for a while now. The first roller I had purchased was way to aggressive and actually would cause some discomfort for like an hour after use and then the second one I bought was a little to light not getting deep enough. Having something like this stamp is nice so that way you kind of have the flexibility to put the derma needles where you want them. If it’s in an area with less hair make the needles smaller, more hair make them bigger, I’m sure you get the idea. That being said the stamp isn’t necessarily superior over the roller. The roller allows you to get even pressure and quick coverage over the are your using it on. Its hard to get the same accuracy with this stamp but none the leas while not as so it is still effective and very easy to use!The quality of the stamp itself is tremendous and I have no problems believing you could easily get a years use out of this before the needles start getting dull. I highly recommend this!
