Tasty Fiber Supplement for Fiber Needed Days!
I buy these gummies each month for my partner and I to make sure we get our fiber goals when some days we just do not meet it. They taste great and have a soft texture. Easy to just pop one in before bed and feel less bloated the next day. I take one, two at most, since three is a little much for me. They do get a little sticky when shipped, but great value and quantity and a must on my subscription!

It’s a good thing these are not bear-shaped, cause they’re freaking delicious and could easily front for gummy bears. And, they seem to be doing they’re job (along with copious water) as I have not so far had any constipation associated with glp-1 injections. The normal dosage is 3 per day, and it’s easier on my gut if I divide it into one with each meal.

Great Fiber Supplement for Picky Eaters
These are great Fiber Supplements for picky eaters. My husband will not do the drinks or any other ways to get fiber in his diet. He takes three of these a day and it doesn’t bother his acid reflux. Texture isn’t bad and is able to swallow.

These Gummies work with establishing bowel regularity. Some have mentioned they stick together, ya, they are Gummies. If they didnât stick together Iâd be worried they were dried out and stale. Not a big deal, flip the bottle over and tap it⦠down they come.A few have mentioned they need to run to the bathroom within a short time after taking these?My experience is I take 2 at night and get to poop every morning so I can get on with my day without worrying about needing a restroom while Iâm out and about. I love these. Super convenient, taste ok and they work. I guess you could start with 1 and see how they affect you. They are not laxatives and arenât supposed to give immediate relief. They are gentle on your system and only designed to introduce extra fiber.

Gummies were soft and taste good. But…the whole container is stuck together. I have to use a fork to pull them apart. I wouldn’t have purchased a container like this in the store. Might be better to purchase in person, not online.

I thought it was the classic Psyllium from Metamucil but in a gummy version, instead it is corn fiber. On me it doesn’t work at all, I had to rebuy the version that dissolves in water!

Instead of 120 individual gummies I got a single fused lump. I had to cut the container open to get it out, only to realise it’s not possible to pick off individual gummies anyway.Regrettably, I’d bought 2 of these. And the second one is no better than the first. I see that others have had the same problem, so at least I can be reassured it’s not a problem with delivery.This product has been faultless when I purchased it elsewhere.
