Take a teaspoon a day even if you eat fish daily. I take it just before a meal and swallowing it is not awful because it has a citrusy flavor. Take an extra teaspoon if youâre going to eat a steak or a cheeseburger! Itâs good to balance the cholesterol foods with the Omegas. Keep it in the refrigerator.
