Metagenics Omega 3 Is Definitely a 5-Star Supplementâ¦
Iâve been taking the Metagenics omega 3 supplement for more than 7 years based on a recommendation from a former naturopathic provider. Occasionally, I do try other Omega 3 supplements. But, I can always tell when Iâve missed taking the Metagenics Omega 3 supplement for a week or so by a slight lack of mental energy, slightly lower brain training app scores, and return of slight morning discomfort in my shoulder and knees. Within a week of resuming Metagenics Omega 3 supplement, the discomfort subsides and.mental energy returns. Not everything is for everyone, but this supplement, though expensive has definitely worked for me for several years. This is a 5-star supplement.
