Best vitamin gummy I have tried
So I’m on my second jar of these now. I have no idea if they’re better than the multivitamin I was taking previously because, well, I don’t have a biology lab in my house to test levels. What I can test is this… There’s no smell, they taste great (it’s literally like eating a gusher with half the amount of liquid. So… Maybe don’t get these if you don’t have the restraint to not eat them like candy) , the value is pretty decent for a vitamin gummy, and they are very much easy to open and pop in your mouth.Here’s the most important thing though… NO MORE AWFUL TASTING HORSE PILLS. I will absolutely continue to buy and use these. Recommended!

Great set of ingredients. Taste and smell just fine. I think they could be used for women too, need to research that. Same brand has some womenâs vitamins. I think they do a better job than some more basic gummy vitamins. I use them in combination with the same brandâs B complex. Methylated. Contain active probiotics, and Coq10

Pretty good, some caveats
Looks like a good idea, but I’m not continuing right now for a couple reasons. The price is high compared to tablets, though it’s comparable to other gummies if they are a must for you. The main thing is that they don’t have a 3rd party verification, which makes me a little wary even though I didn’t have any bad experience with themI thought the product worked well. Having everything all in one makes it easy for people like me that don’t like taking 4-5 different things because it includes Omega 3s and probiotics as well as a multivitamin. I have IBS so the probiotics and enzymes are something I need to take regularly, though not necessarily in these doses.In the first bottle I opened there was a pungent acrid odor that got worse until I finished the bottle. There was a little odor in the second bottle but not significant so I’m not sure if there was an issue in the one bottle. The taste is ok, I’m not really a lemon fan so some people will like it a lot more, but it’s still an improvement over most tablets that have a fishy or oily taste.Overall pretty good. I’m going to tablets for now for the price and verification issues, but if they get third party verification I might return to these.

Maybe not great for Men with Migraines
Got this for my boyfriend with high hopes on energy, fertility, digestion, migraine prevention and overall health. Unfortunately, the first two days he had nausea and diarrhea and then he took it for another three days and had daily cluster-type unilateral sinus headaches which were unusual types of headaches for him but not as severe as his migraines with aura. Since this abnormal headache happened, we did some investigating of possible triggers and realized this supplement is the only new addition in his daily routine, so he had to stop it. Since stopping two days ago, no headaches or diarrhea. Further researching on my end: I believe the CoQ10 dose of 100mg in the ingredients is at fault. This supplement can prevent migraines but cause headaches if at too high of a dose. Perhaps my guy is sensitive to the CoQ10 and just needs a starting dose like 30mg, but he did have to stop this supplement due to side effects after only a few days. Unfortunately, I am not able to return so if anyone wants the rest of the bottle, let me know! Lol.
