As someone who loves doing my nails at home, Iâve always struggled with the mess that comes with filing and buffing. I mean, nail dust gets everywhere, and honestly, itâs a pain to clean up. Plus, I was getting a bit worried about inhaling all that fine dust every time I filed my nails. Thatâs when I decided to try out the Melodysusie Nail Dust Collector, and I have to say I’m seriously impressed.First off, the design is sleek and doesnât take up a ton of space on my desk. It looks professional, but itâs also pretty compact, so it fits perfectly without crowding my workspace. The surface is smooth, making it super easy to wipe down, and the LED light gives it a little extra touch of polish.Now, letâs talk about performance. I was honestly amazed at how well this dust collector works. The suction power is so much stronger than I expected! It captures pretty much all the nail dust while Iâm filing or buffing, which has been a total game-changer for me. I donât have to deal with dust flying all over the place anymore, and itâs honestly such a relief not having to clean up every time. UPDATE: I contacted Melodie Susie via their website and provided my Amazon order info. They promptly sent me a new item. VERY impressed with the customer service!I used this approximately 10 times, and it worked very well. Unfortunately, at exactly 6 months after delivery, it turns on but the fan doesnât work. I had to sit outside to file off my nail color. ðIâm not impressed with the longevity. It was an expensive item, and I hope theyâll reply to my warranty claim.

Stopped working
Purchased this in Dec 23. It worked well while it lasted. It recently shut off on me about 3days ago and has came back on since. I did get a good yr use out of the product. However, considering the fact it wasn’t used everyday and no more than 3x a week. I feel like it should have lasted longer than a year. So, can’t say I’ll purchase this one again. Wasn’t a spectacular performance to risk another buy to only get another possible year of usage.

Beyond expectations
I have only used it a handful of times since my purchase earlier this month, and Iâm pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product itself, along with the filter. It has a sleek design, doesnât get in the way when Iâm doing my nails, on/off touch buttons work beautifully. This has been a lifesaver collecting all the dust, whether Iâm filing manually or using the MelodySusie efile. You canât go wrong with this product. Even the sound is pleasant, however; if youâre watching tv or talking to someone, the volume must be up a few notches. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a high quality product for a reasonable price. Cheap isnât always better.

Efficient, Sleek and Space Saver!
I love that it all just fits together nicely and is 2 in 1 and I don’t need to have 2 separate items. Packaged really nicely! The dust collector has a really nice and sleek look to it, surprisingly very lightweight. The hand piece is lightweight as well but sturdy. I will say though, that when working be mindful of the buttons. They are pretty sensitive to the touch, a light bump can easily turn it off or mess up your current settings. It also comes with 5 sanding bands in various grits as well as 5 cuticle bits and a mandrel for the sanding bands.Filing was very nice, I used it to file down hard gel nails it filed them down very nicely and didn’t really skip at all even on the lower settings. Hand piece runs nice and quiet, the only noise you really get is from the fan when you are running it at either medium/high speed. Filter caught all the dust and was easy to clean it out before storing. I wrapped it in some of the paper towels I work on and just lightly patted the back of the filter to knock the dust out of it.Mine did take almost 2 weeks to ship, but overall it was definitely worth the waiting!
