Iâve been looking for a calming supplement for my dog who gets extremely anxious during loud noises like garbage trucks, thunder, or unexpected guests. After trying a few brands with mixed results, I came across this one and decided to give it a shot. Iâm so glad I did.The first time we used these was during a particularly loud thunderstorm. Normally, my dog would pace around the house, whine, and try to hide behind furniture. I gave him one chew about 45 minutes before the storm hit. To my surprise, he stayed by my side the whole time, visibly calmer. No panting, no hiding, he just curled up on the couch, which was a huge improvement.What I really appreciate is that it works without knocking him out. Heâs still responsive and alert, just noticeably more relaxed. Iâve been really happy with these calming chews for my dog. The ingredient list is melatonin, valerian root, and L-theanine, all known to be good. They come in a chicken flavor, my pup loves these. The texture is soft enough to break in half, and the resealable container is a great design. There are 90 chews in a jar, will last a good while. Itâs convenient to feed my dog whenever she wants and I can break a little bit as her treat. Iâll keep it stocked for my pup once I run out.
