Beautiful formula, slightly pricey
I really love this formulation, I think it has a good vitamin content/quality, and helps improve my energy levels and overall health. In order to make it more cost-effective I only have 1 dose daily instead of 2, and trust in my diet to give me the remaining nutrients I need. I wish the pills were smooth capsules instead of a rough pill, but that is just a texture issue I personally struggle with.

Very happy with the results so far from these multivitamins and a plus for how easy it is to get them. My energy level have improved and my finger nails look better. 39 year old active male. They don’t make you feel jittery at all

Not worth the price
I’ve been taking this for several months. It’s just an average, middle-of-the-road multivitamin. No noted changes in my health: from energy levels to mental awareness, sleep, and vitality. It didn’t do enough to justify the cost and I’ll look for a different replacement when this bottle is finished.

It has all the vits for guys plus it’s one tablet a day and easy on the stomach too in the morning as I don’t have breakfast.
