Works as described, case doesn’t have a cutout for one of the attachments, not concerning but it might bother some. Charges quickly and the charge lasts a while.

Best one so far!
We had a Conair from Walmart. That got us down the path of handheld massagers. It was cheap… and we knew that, and it was our first, so when it broke, we wanted to get a better one.This IS the better one! The HEYCHEY handheld massager is larger than some might like. I personally like the feel of it and have noticed that the weight makes it easier to work with because I don’t have to jam it into the muscles for my husband to feel it working.It has a fan on top so it doesn’t heat up quickly like the other one we had.It has variable power settings. We have never had to go above #3 because it’s so powerful. I prefer #1, maybe I’m a weakling… but I think it’s just a powerful machine.The 4 lights at the bottom tell you how much power is left. It can last for up to 2 hours. Yes, we have used it for that long, with breaks in between, because continuous use does warm it up and we don’t want to burn it out.It does shut off in 10-minute intervals. Some of the reviews I read for this were negative, but I think it’s a positive feature because this prevents the machine from overheating, a feature our other one didn’t have and should have. Instead of shutting down, it goes into “sleep” mode for about 10 seconds before fully powering down, so you have the option to click the button again for continuous use. I LOVE this feature!The carrying case it comes with is sturdy with strong zippers, and it is small enough to fit on our king-size bed, so it’s accessible whenever we need it and everything fits perfectly.We have used 2 of the 5 heads, preferring the round ball and the flat one with the cushion.We use it for sciatica, sore shoulders, and neck, legs, thighs and calves, lower back, and buttocks. So far there are no places we haven’t been able to massage with this, we just need to adjust the power to make sure we aren’t doing damage when we massage.I only hurt after one session because I let my husband convince me to try the #3 setting as he prefers, and I regretted it. So I stick to #1, that’s all I need.The last thing to note, the higher the setting, the quicker the battery will discharge. The USB charging cable comes with it and there is a pouch in the storage container for it. It charges quickly, and is ready for the next session!I see no drawbacks to this massager, and if or when this one needs to be replaced, I will be reordering it, because I don’t want anything else after using it.

Don’t bother. My two were both defective.
Would not charge ever so Amazon replaced with a second one. That one charged once and then never turned on again leaving me to drop off two worthless items to UPS to ship back. 1 star is too many stars for this item.

Excellent Massager
Very nice product. Well made and easy to hold unlike some massagers. Has many different massaging adapters to massage to most difficult places to reach. Comes with a very nice travel case to take with you on vacations and trips. The price was very reasonable for this kind of quality. My husband said it’s one of his most favorite gifts he has ever received.

I was able to contact customer service and received a new item after I gave the previous defective one back. As someone who works on the service industry i know that there are some mishaps that can happen. They were very kind to send a new one and i have been able to enjoy the benefits of my massage gun. I stand by my previous review and that it is very well built…the great part is that it still works! and my muscles feel so much better.I was so happy because it was powerful, the built. It was very nice to the touch. I was so happy with it. This is the first time that I return a product from Amazon. I tried contacting customer service before returning it and asking for a refund, but they never answered. I know that some products do come defective and things happen, but to not even answer my email? I returned it and asked for my money back.Iâm not saying this will happen to you, but this is my own experience.It couldâve been wonderful.
