Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because I feel like my hair has been thinning lately. I feel like ever since I blotched the bleaching job I did on myself, my hair hasnât been growing. Usually my whole life my hair has at least grown past my shoulders or longer within a year. Iâve seen many good reviews about this product, and even though itâs a bit pricey I was willing to try it. Iâm hoping I can fix my hair somehow. Itâs 1 tablespoon to take everyday. The first time I tried it I actually didnât like it and it made me nauseous. It is a pretty thick consistency. But as time went on I got used to the flavor and now itâs not as bad as I thought it was. Itâs an almond cookie flavor. I just finished my first bottle and I havenât noticed any differences yet. Iâm going on my second one soon and if I see any changes Iâll be sure to update my review.Â

DELICIOUS HAIR GROWTH VITAMIN
This tasted so good I thought there’s no way this is going to work! I WAS WRONG. After 2 months my hair loss (a result from rapid weight loss) had noticeably stopped and new growth started!! I believe if I had started this vitamin sooner I may not have even experienced as big of a loss. I really wish I could afford to continue to take this vitamin but I have 2 expensive college students. Highly recommend product!

Great for hair regrowth
I purchased this product because I was on some medicationâs that were causing hair shedding. I had read different reviews that this product worked really well. I have actually purchased this one several times. The taste is a little weird in the beginning, but you certainly get used to it. And I do feel like it did help with hair regrowth. So I would continue to purchase this product. I feel like this particular brand has really good ingredients and they are very effective.

Thick and creamy
I have used Marthaâs products before. Took a break but my hair is falling out due to hormone changes again. I saw this and wanted to give it a try.BE PREPARED: It is not a liquid. It is a thick creamy substance. The lid is set up perfectly to squeeze it out I did not mind the taste or thickness. I take small licks from my table spoon. I know it will work bc I have used other hair vitamin blends from this company. However I wanted something just for hair since I have vitamins I use.

It works
Been using this for about 6 months and I feel like my hair is growing faster than usual and new hair growth has been cropping up. I got really sick about 9 months ago, covid and flu simultaneously. 2 months later my hair started shedding like crazy for 4 weeks straight, and about half my hair fell out in total. It was shocking. At first I was just going to let it grow back on its own since I knew it wasnât due to aging or hormones or anything more serious. Then I realized I was going to have a ton of short baby hairs, so I thought I should try to speed it along. Gave this a try and it seems to be helping. Iâve also switched to the womenâs multi vitamin plus hair growth one they also make, havenât noticed a difference between the 2, both seem to help. Many people comment the flavor or taste is unpalatable, I donât find that to be the case at all. I actually think the cookie taste is totally fine. Iâve used some of their other liquid/chewable vitamins and I think theyâre all fine. Some a little more artificially sweet than others but a spoonful a day is definitely doable.

Excruciating stomach pain and nausea
Please do your research! I wish I had read the negative reviews as well.As soon as I received this vitamin, I was excited to try it. I’ve had Mary Ruth’s brand in the past and I never had issues. I felt very confident that this would be okay. I’ve had their biotin gummies, their liquid multivitamin, and their hair growth multivitamin. None of those have caused any issues for me except for this one.I had the recommended dosage of 15mL around 8 or 9pm. By 12am, I felt discomfort in my stomach and did go to the bathroom. When I woke up at 5am for work, I ended up vomiting and feeling extremely awful. My body was shaking a bit and I was feeling a lot of pain in my stomach. Around 10am, I couldn’t take it anymore and vomited. I had Pepto Bismol and it did not work. I couldn’t throw up or go to the bathroom so I thought taking milk of magnesium might help so I took that. Of course, it worked however the discomfort and pain remained. The next day I felt the same. I thought, well, I have to try and eat something so I had a couple pieces of watermelon, about 4 or 5 diced pieces and right after that, I felt so much pain. From 1 to 10, it was 100. I had to leave work early and took myself to urgent care. Urgent care advised me to run to the ER as they couldn’t help me. The ER ended up giving me an IV of pain killers and nausea. They also prescribed me with stomach cramps meds, nausea meds, and Tylenol #3 for pain. They recommended I follow up with my primary care. It’s been a day since I went to the ER, I stopped the medication I was given to see if the symptoms have subsided; to be honest, not really. As I’m typing this, I feel discomfort and cramping however, the pain is not as excruciating as it was yesterday when I took myself to the ER. This is the kind of pain that caused me to be hunched over, couldn’t walk straight, and had me crying to the nurses. I was crying because of the amount of pain I was in. The doctor pressed on my stomach to check which area hurt the most and god… That was so much worse. I don’t wish this upon anyone. Please, please be careful. All I had was 1 of the recommended dosage for the very first time. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if I’m allergic to any of the ingredients. I don’t know. But I’m never trying this ever again in my life. I lost my money and hours at work that I can’t get back. I pray that I’m better tomorrow because I’m terrified of this developing into something worse. I hope this review helps someone.I also have proof of having an IV and receipt proof of my prescribed medication if this were to escalate.Please. Do your research. Be careful.

Gets stolen when delivered but great product
I like the product but Iâve had it stolen twice. Once the Amazon driver took a picture of the package, it was delivered correctly but the next day I went to get it and it was gone. Other packages were still there, only mine was taken. I do think some Amazon drivers may steal high ticket items like this. I like the taste and I think it has helped my nails and hair. People say I look 5 years younger than I am, I am using this product to stay that way.
