Helps with tantrums!!!!
First of all, if you havenât tried Mary Ruthâs yet, itâs time! I know it probably seems trendy and tons of influencers on social media are talking about it but itâs because they really are great. I have used a lot of different things from them and love them all, but I especially love these omega threes for my toddler because they have dress improved the number of tantrums that she has. When I was postpartum and had postpartum anxiety, I started taking omega threes and they really helped me and so I thought maybe they will help her and itâs crazy how much your brain needs the omega threes and, think that these really really helped the tantrums! We will never be without a mega threes, and as soon as my other daughter turned to, I started her on them as well because you know how terrible twos can be.Both of my girls say that they taste great and they get so excited to have their gummy every day. I think itâs fun when vitamins are in gummy form because the kids are more eager to take them and it helps them remind me to give it to them, which is also a plus.

Great ingredients, decent flavor ð just too hard! to chew for small children!
These taste just fine! The after taste I can see why some say is bad. However, is it terrible? No not really. My picky toddler is able to eat it even though it takes him forever to chew because IT IS harder than I would want for a chewable gummy for my toddler. So thatâs my only problem with these, I even tried them to see and me as an adult had to really chew them to be able to swallow it. Just make sure youâre watching your toddler and making sure theyâre chewing it! I wish they can make these less hard I would give it 5/5 stars ð taste is a orange flavor with a hint of back taste but not horrible and the ingredients are a lot better than others with all the sugar in them and there vegan!

Great vitamin for picky kids
MaryRuthâs Omega vitamins are clean, plant-based, and taste great, no fishy aftertaste. Iâve noticed healthier skin, more energy, and less dryness. Think this is a high quality supplement and my kids actually look forward to taking!

My son loves these his iron was a little high so he needs to takes omega 3 to help him. He don’t like to eat fish or salmon so I hope these works. He said he likes the taste he wanted a nother one but u can only have 1 aday

Funky taste and smell
My toddler didnt love the taste very much. Smells funky too. Itâs hard to keep them in the right temperature so now theyâre all stuck together. But at least is helping with his health, so im compromising.
