I recently discovered the nighttime liquid mineral supplement from MaryRuths, so I decided to try the morning supplement. And it’s just as good! Once again, it is SO Yummy! I have more overall energy and feel better.4 stars though because it is disgustingly sweet. Tastes alright, the strawberry. Iâd give up some taste if theyâd cut out at least half the sweetener! I have to drink a ton of water to keep from choking on the sweetness. I wouldnât mix it with juice because Iâd end up on an ugly sugar high! Instead I make sure to take some sort of protein to balance out.It is worth the trouble. I feel like these vitamins are absorbed and donât upset my stomach even if I donât eat anything at all. I was on a high quality vitamin pill but it upset my stomach if I didnât eat and I didnât feel half as well as I do on this. âTwould be perfect were it not so sweet.

Use this for the whole family
10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and oftenMy two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I donât notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I donât notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children.I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I canât tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. Thereâs no medicine test at all.
