Part of my new daily routine!
I love this stuff! Really works wonders. I took it consistantly – 3 times a day for around a month and noticed a huge difference in my dmeanor. I felt more calm, relaxed, able to feel less stressed. It was very helpful to me during the winter Holiday Season where I tend to have a lot of social anxiety.Taste was a little like black licorice at first (which I am not a fan of) but I have grown to tolerate/like the flavor.

Didnât expect this to work so well. I made mocktails and added this. Itâs not a drunken buzz as some ppl said. However, if you want to sleep like a rock⦠this is it! I was so relaxed and when I went to sleep I fell right off to sleep and woke up in the morning. Ita usually hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I definitely will recommend.

Not as strong as I was hoping it would be. Tastes like honey, not bad. Does help me relax, but not really what I was looking for personally. I would buy regular kava root powder and prepare it myself next time. For the sale it was on, it was worth the money. I think it’s a good product for people who are new to kava and wanting to see what it’s all about. Easy to use. Not for me, but not a bad product.
