So far, Iâm very pleased with this product. I have lots of little baby hairs sprouting right now. The taste is phenomenal- the problem is not eating them like candy! I havenât had any adverse reactions or tummy problems from these vitamins but I do make sure to have food on my stomach when I take them.

I had been getting my nails done for awhile so they were in terrible shape! 1 kept splitting to the cuticle. And I wanted to grow my hair out so I ordered these. Let me just say, with 1 bottle my nails healed & stopped splitting & my hair grew & thickened up a bit!! And I assumed they would taste terrible, they DO NOT!!On my 2nd bottle!!

Great price. Good tasting product did not work much for me even after following instructions and including in my diet and workouts. It did not give me much benefit but not that I wouldn’t try their products again but just being honest.And to be 100% honest I don’t think it’s formulated for (African-Americans) OR maybe the potency Of the ingredients are just very weak. But overall I would recommend giving it a try and see for yourself especially if you are African-American. And to please give feedback.
