There are a crazy number of clippers available on Amazon, including many sold as “body clippers”. Basically, these are T-blade clippers with some amount of waterproof-ness. Almost all these clippers are made in a handful of factories, and all work acceptably well for their primary purpose. The shape, color, and certain ergonomics may change, but, basically, when you’re shopping you can choose mostly on the basis of price and whether the accessories you want are in the kit.Specifics of this kit:** Rechargeable waterproof clipper with integrated light** Ceramic blade** Close gapped trimming** 90 minutes charge, 90 minutes on a full charge** Two length guards** Charging cable (USB-C connection to shaver)** Cleaning brush** Optional charging stand** Clipper oilThe only control on these is an on/off button. There’s an LCD readout of the number of minutes of charge left.The clippers are about average in size, and feel fine in the hand.These clippers cut hair fine, and are able to cut somewhat close to the skin line. If you want absolutely smooth, you’d have to run over the same skin area with a shaver. I’ve used body clippers that trim closer to the body. But these will leave you looking reasonably clean-shaven.The stand, while it can optionally be used for charging, is not weighted, and is easily knocked over.There’s a 3 second soft lockout mechanism on the clipper, so this is suitable for travel.On the whole, they get the job done and they are waterproof. Some may like the integrated light, though I don’t consider that too important. I love that this shaver comes with a stand so I don’t have to keep it in a drawer it’s always there when my partner needs to shave every morning. I absolutely love the digital display of the battery life so I can know when it needs charging. Gives a clean shave everytime and no more razor bumps
