good softening and moisturizing cream
After a recent ‘less than usually sensitive’ experience, I was seeking something to increase penile sensitivity during sex. This product had some reviews stating that it did increase sensitivity. After a week of use it obviously softens the skin therefore increasing sensitivity. I did not notice any special feeling, any magic effect, any tingling or anything other than a nice feeling of soft skin. So it does effectively increase skin sensitivity by means of softening the skin. I did notice it didn’t do much skin in other areas than designed, so it seems to be formulate for penile use. All in all it feels good and softens the skin nicely.

After a long time with issues mainly caused by balanitis I decided to try this product and so far I have seen a great recovery, after 6 weeks of using I think I’m at 80-90% full recovery. This is a great product, it feels warm in a comfortable way (if your skin is irritated, it might burn a little, but this only happened to me once or twice) and is absorbed very quickly. I must say though that I have not used this product alone. I have been cleaning with the Remedy Soap Tea Tree Body Wash as well as applying a Nivea Body Lotion recommended for dry to very dry skin. This is my own routine that I have discovered myself after not getting much help from a doctor. Note that because everyone is different you may have different results, but you should always see a doctor first. I am just happy to share my experience because I felt miserable for a long time and felt that these products helped me a lot.Just to sum it up, this is what I did: Keep your area clean, especially if uncircumcized, I would wash myself 1 or 2 times per day with the previously mentioned product. I would apply the Penile Health Relief Cream and the Nivea Lotion at least twice a day (sometimes more), especially before going to bed. Once I saw that the condition of the skin had improved enough and looked more elastic and healthy, I started doing foreskin stretching exercises while applying both products. I saw very quick results and could retract my foreskin more and more. I reached a point where progress was much slower but still evident and my skin was no longer dry or cracking.I wish everyone good luck with their struggles and hope this product works as well or better than it did for me.

Good construction, clear moisturizing properties, no bad smell, but doesn’t have intended effect
I don’t want to leave this with a 1 or 2 star review, because it’s likely that it just doesn’t work on me and me alone. I have a severely dry penis, and this product didn’t have any long-lasting moisturizing effect, and didn’t seem to have any substantial change. I did not use this product to remedy any sensitivity issues, and it seems like it would work for that. It does seem to have a slight moisturizing effect, leaves no bad smell, and has good bottle construction and a great pump. Just doesn’t seem to work on me. Sucks because it was 20$. Oh well. Hope it works for you!

My thoughts after 5 years of use, very satisfied
According to Amazon I first purchased this product nearly 5 years ago, which speaks to how satisfied I am with using it. It’s incredibly concentrated so you only need a small amount, with one pump I can do my entire shaft and balls. Unlike previous products I’ve used, I noticed a tingle when first applied. I had no expectations of increased sensitivity and would be satisfied with the moisturization alone, but after about two weeks of use I noticed improved sensitivity and easier orgasams. The pump does an excellent job of emptying the entire product.I was so satisfied with the quality of this I also use the facial moisturizers and serums from this company (Imagine Dermatalogy.) All the products are extremely concentrated and high quality, and excellent values compared to competitors (yes I know this product is expensive, but have you seen what others charge?!?!) The customer service is also outstanding.IMPORTANT – The “original” versions which I’m revewing has the stimulating ingredients like I’ve described, but the products has an orange warning sticker because it’s very concentrated and some people have a bad skin reaction as described in reviews. Be sure to do the skin test as described before applying to your member. If it doesn’t work for you the “Oats” version is similar but without the ginseng, etc. and the company will send you that instead. Anyone who is already sensitive would likely do better with that version.

You get what you pay for and this works.
I’ve been using this for a solid week now uninterrupted and as instructed and it works. I’ve bought at least 7 other brands and this has brought back sensitivity which leads to better quality in election. It doesn’t have a strong scent or any at all and is absorbed shortly with no residue. I will be a repeat customer now that I’ve find:the one” that actually works.

Not for foreskin people.
This product I used the first time had a very warm and almost burning sensation around my penis. I didnât even attempt to put it in my foreskin around the head because of that feeling. I thought it was normal and it did leave it smooth. However I then started to get an unbearable itch and didnât think anything of it. Penises it from time time of course. Then I used it a second time same burning sensation. After two days the itching was crazy again. It didnât click to me until after the 3rd use 2 weeks later, my penis foreskin the next morning was swollen and stung to the touch. It just clicked and all made sense this â POWERFUL CREAMâ what they mean to say is highly concentrated cream was the issue with my addicting itch and swollen foreskin. I am extremely itchy and I was about to go to a doctor but Iâm waiting 3 more days to see if this clears up before I spend a bunch of money for medicine and the visit.

Used to experience scaring, and suspect is due to skin being too dry. Immediately felt the improvement after applying for a couple of days. Highly recommend it to men having similar issue.
