Where have you been all my life
I have a difficult time finding toners I actually like. This toner is AMAZING- probably one of the best toners Iâve ever owned. Itâs one of the only toners I can apply in many layers without it foaming up. Itâs extremely moisturizing and hydrating and I could never be without this in my collection. I have dry skin and acne-prone skin and this is a god-send. Please never stop making this!!!

Great Everyday Toner
I bought the Make P:rem Safe Me Relief Essence Toner (after having tried it in the past) for my coworker as part of her Christmas gift (along with the Make P:rem Safe Me Relief Moisture Cream 12 and Make P:rem Tamanu Calming Serum). We are both big fans of Make P:rem as a brand because they are ingredient-conscious and great for all skin types, especially for those with sensitive skin. Would definitely repurchase for myself or as a gift!

Good toner
I ended up really liking this. Not because it has any amazing stand out ingredients that claim to do something, but because all of the ingredients are gentle, non-stripping and hydrating. I use the 7 layers method with this and since the bottle is such a generous size, I also poured some into a spray bottle for a refreshing mist. I would definitely repurchase

I love this toner. Super moisturizing. Good for sensitive skin: no fragrance, essential oils, or volatile alcohols. Also it can be used around the eyes safely without any irritation or burning. I bought a spray mist bottle to put the product in as I prefer to mist on watery toners. Worth the purchase and I would definitely buy again.

Love this toner cause itâs super moisturizing and the bottle is huge! Best bang for your buck. I used to buy the Haru Haru black rice toner but always ran out of it in no time. This one is as moisturizing but for half the price.
