Excellent magnesium supplement!
This is part of my daily supplementation. Being an MS patient, I notice a big difference with regard to less spasticity and more sleep. This is one of two magnesium supplements that I take, and Iâm very impressed with this one.

Great Mag Supplement
I have really liked this magnesium supplement. It is gentle and hasn’t caused any adverse reactions. I’ve taken it to help with the absorption of Vitamin D. It is an inexpensive but pretty clean product so I feel comfortable taking it. Will purchase again.

Multiple time purchase. This brand of supplements are good. No fillers, no additives. Much better than anything you’re going to find at the grocery store. No one is getting adequate magnesium from food anymore so do your research and find what form works for what you need. This is a good, solid supplement.

Not doing anything for me with sleep! If I take it or donât take it thrs no difference. Very strange, as I used other brands before. Then discovered that Mg G is only 90mg only in 1 capsule .
