Two days in and my boys have improved!
It was getting to the point where I was starting to think I had “bad” children, but then I noticed that the bad behavior also included fidgeting, overly talkativeness, tears and sleeplessness at bedtime–almost like they were stressed or nervous. I realized that something more needed to be done than the changes I had made to their routine. That’s when I remembered that I used to get them a similar calming gummy blend over a year ago and how they were more self-controlled and calm. So, I scoured Amazon, found this, bought it, and we’ve been using it for 2 days. I thought I was imagining the change in them the first day, but after the second day’s use and seeing them be quiet, self-controlled, focused on play instead of trying to pester me or fight with each other, and how they have gone to bed 2 nights in a row with no issues (and slept all night!), and awoken refreshed (not cranky!), I realized I wasn’t imagining things. The ingredients work! Plus, the taste is more than tolerable. I can’t wait to see how much improvement there will be after a week, 2 weeks, or even a month of use. If it was a fluke, I will be back here to share that experience, but after months of seeing their consistently “bad” behavior, I can tell you that I really, truly don’t think this corresponding change is a fluke. I recently purchased magnesium calming gummies for my kids, hoping to find a tasty and effective solution to help them relax and sleep better. Unfortunately, my experience with these gummies was far from satisfactory.Taste and Kidsâ Reaction:The most significant disappointment was the taste. My kids were excited to try these gummies, but upon their first bite, their expressions turned to pure disgust. They described the taste as âgrossâ and âunpleasant.â This reaction was consistent among all my children, leaving them unwilling to consume any more of these gummies.Effectiveness Remains Uncertain:While I had hoped these gummies would help my kids relax, their strong aversion to the taste made it nearly impossible for them to consume enough to gauge their effectiveness. Consequently, I canât provide any feedback on whether these gummies actually provided any calming benefits.Wasted Product:With my kids refusing to eat these gummies, I now have an entire bottle sitting unused on my shelf. Works great!
We come from a family of night owls and have been giving my kiddo melatonin to help retrain her brain for six years. She recently decided the melatonin was too powerful and unnecessary so we switched to this and she loves it. It helps to calm her wiggling and bouncing and creative curious mind but it doesnât knock her out.We still do guided meditation to get the rest of the way to sleep but this gummy helps her to be able to meditate.

They work!
My son loves these gummies! They really do work because whenever my son is having a meltdown he will ask me for them. Lately he will also ask me for them at bedtime and I think it helps him sleep which also seems to help him be calm the next day. He still will have meltdowns but they have cut the number of them down as well as the duration of the episodes. Also, he likes it that they look like bears and they are soft chewy and tasty and not hard to chew. Thank you for this product!

arrived melted and with the seal not completely adhered to the bottle. everything inside is wet. not eligible for return or replacement *through Amazon. I am questioning whether or not this is safe to use. why does this remain stocked if it arrives and is unusable? really disappointed with this purchase, as I was hoping to find a more affordable alternative to Natural Vitality’s Calm gummies. their product is consistent and effective so I guess I will continue using that instead.*edit – I emailed Support directly through their website and got an immediate response. the rep was super friendly and I was able to receive a refund. We wanted these to work so much, but havenât made any difference at all. After months of our 4yr old not falling asleep unless weâre there and him getting up throughout the night (record so far is 64 times), we tried these is a desperate attempt. Unfortunately there was no change and no calming affect noticed. These donât seem to work on strong willed little boys.
