Nice home facial steamer
This is a really nice home facial steamer. It comes with an attachment to use for your nose if you are really congested. I am not congested so I just used the facial steamer. It took about 7-8 minutes for the steam to start, which is in line with what the instructions said (5-10 min). I like that the base is clear so you can still see the time and watch something on your phone or tablet while youâre using it. When the steam started, it was a gentle steam, itâs not blasting in your face and uncomfortable. It actually feels really nice.It comes with a small cup for filling the reservoir and clear English instructions. I was really tempted to put essential oils in the water but it repeatedly says not to in the instructions so I didnât. So keep that in mind when using it, essential oils are not recommended for this unit. I think this is a great home steamer and highly recommend.

Gentle, safe steam
As the instructions said, this takes about 5 minutes to start steaming. From then on it’s a dream to use. The face steamer is comfortable and provides an easy, nicely warm (not hot) steam to take in. The steam is plenty warm but there’s no fear of burning.The nasal/sinus steamer works just as well while focusing the steam for your breathing and not steaming your hair or makeup. The steamer takes a very small amount of water to operate and I prefer to use distilled water. Cleanup is very easy for most of the unit but the nasal steamer took a bit longer to wipe dry. There are several more layers to this attachment and condensation was evident on all the inside layers. I didn’t want to take a chance of promoting mold growth so I set the nasal attachment over the furnace/AC air vent to be sure the crevices were well dried.

Malfunctioning after 6weeks of use
Worked for 5-6 weeks after that it doesnât even get started – I would recommend buyers not to waste their money on this item.

I bought March 30, 2024. Worked well however only used a handful of times. Product now does not heat up enough to make steam.

Dual-purpose humidifier
This device can give you a steam facial or help clear your sinuses, depending on which attachment you use. I tried them both and thought they worked well. My skin was soft and moist after the treatment, and the nasal attachment did help clear my sinuses. You just put a small amount of water in the machine using the included measuring cup, wait a few minutes for the steam to start and then breathe it in. Itâs also a compact device that wonât take up a lot of room on your counter.

Stopped worked after two times 🙁
I only used it twice and the steam is not coming up anymore. The water is not being heated. Unfortunately, I apparently cannot even return it since it has been 30 days after purchase. What a waste of money!
