Hey ladies in your 40s or perimenopause this is the multi vitamin for you! Helps with monthly period cramps, hormone balance and makes you feel less fatigue. Donât quit after 30 days as I really felt and understood the difference after day 45. Even my hair is healthier, shiny and growing. Also helps with that irritating bloat feeling. Just be sure to pair this with a semi clean diet, water, and walking.

Beginning stages-update
I just started taking these. I will say they do smell, and the first day taking them I was a little bloated and burpy. the burps did smell like the capsules. Day two of taking them my pee is green. But no more burping or bloating! I have been taking them with food! Iâm hoping this is just the first day kinks but overall I do like them!Update: I just purchased my second bottle of these! I honestly have no complaints! All positives for me!

STRONG smell and taste
I was so excited to try these but I physically cant keep them down to even reap the benefits. The smell and taste is so strong and unpleasant, Iâve thrown up everyday that Iâve tried taking them. I even tried breaking them open and mixing the powder with yogurt and a drink and I still end up with a stomach ache and a bad aftertaste. Amazon wouldnât let me return them either which is frustrating

Balance but nausea
I have been on the hunt for a good womenâs multi vitamin, especially for perimenopausal symptoms and have tried quite a few by this time. This was the first one that made me feel nauseated if I didnât eat first.
