Please read the whole post – will save you time and headaches
I spent over 2 weeks researching this product (googling all of the ingredients and the dosages level to make sure this is what it says it is). Here are my biggest findings. 1) Actiponin has real clinical claims and they are using more than the minimum requirement to make the claims theyâre making. You may not realize this but most supplements do not. So many scams out there with products claiming to be the real thing but in reality the science doesnât back it up. 2) the FDA doesnât regulate supplements – guidelines only but you can put whatever you want into the market. Very scary so research is really the only way 3) Remember to stay focused on exactly why you bought this. This is for people who want to get rid of belly weight. Love handles, stomach rolls, all the weight youâve carried with you for years and doesnât come off from regular dieting or exercise.I should say that my insurance company does not cover this product but I think they should. Belly fat is very toxic for your body and there is so much research to back it up.OK, letâs talk about price. This is expensive. Itâs not for every single person out there. Since I’m on a fixed income, I wanted to make sure this was something I could afford to add to my monthly budget. Hereâs how I am justifying this, itâs working and therefore enhancing my life. And for thatâ¦.. Iâm willing to make the sacrifice for $40.00 per month (almost $500 yearly). Iâve spent thousands doing other crazier things to lose weight. The simple truth is this – this is a decision for me and one I feel really good after weeks of research. Lastly, Iâm not being paid to write this review or care about the founder of this brand. If anything, that makes me not like it.

10 pounds up NOT down
I started the BURN capsules about a month after I took started the CURB capsules. I didn’t really notice anything with the curb, so I added burn because it says they work better together. When I started the CURB, I was maintaining my weight, and maybe +/- 2 to 3 lbs. Overall a healthy eater, I am not really a dieter, but I do not eat processed foods or carbs, with very basic foods (vegetables, meats, etc) and added two extra work out days (3 High Intensity days, 3 low intensity days, and one day off with an average of 500 cal burn per day). I wasn’t looking for a quick fix, just a little boost. I wanted to lose about 10lbs, and was kind of stuck. I figured I would give these a shot because I got CURB as part of a box, and wanted to stick it out, hence why I bought the burn, and an additional curb. I am two months in with CURB, and about 4 weeks in with BURN. I have gained TEN POUNDS in one month. I feel like I am constantly bloated, everything on me is puffy (from my face to my toes), my skin feels tight and I have gone up a size. I am not sure how this is burning anything other than my self-esteem and literally doing the opposite. I see it says that it will take about 12 weeks to be effective, but this is the out of this world insane. I have never gained this much weight in such a short time in my entire life. A few years ago I broke two ribs, and my collarbone, I was laid up for about 4 months and in those 4 months I gained only 5 lbs. I was literally staying in bed doing no exercise due to the fact that every breath I took was like being stabbed, and I was severely limited in any range of movement. This is the first time in my life I have gained that much weight in such an incredibly short amount of time. IF I gained TEN POUNDs in the first month, I cannot imagine what month three would look like, I mean seriously, I would love to stick it out, but I really do not trust this product at all. I could understand if I was sedentary, and not eating right, but I have added two extra work out days. It is extremely noticeable in my thighs, and stomach (Which it claims the stomach is where it is supposed to be helping, not increasing). Seriously beware, I wish I could be that person to stick it out, but I do not want to be up 30lbs and ending to have to do triple the work. Snake oil, and just a bad product with a good sales pitch.

I’m thankful that this pill, like many others, doesn’t have a bad taste. The bottle is easy to openâno struggle with the cap. The pill itself isnât super big or thick, making it easy to swallow. Since I started taking it, Iâve noticed that I no longer feel fatigued. Overall, a great experience!

Lost 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks!
I am currently 6.5 months post partum from my 3rd child. When I started taking them I weighed 165 lbs and after two weeks I am now at 155 lbs. Aside from the actual number on the scale I noticed my bloating decrease significantly after the first week as well as my appetite. My clothes are now fitting more comfortably and not as tight. I no longer feel the urge to snack in between meals. After 2 weeks I noticed more mental clarity and less fatigue. I incorporated 30 minute moderate walks 3-5 times a week on my walking pad. I have more stamina and notice I sweat more when walking. I highly recommend this supplement and I love that it can be taken with or without food so it is easy to fit it into the day.

In all honesty, I just started taking this pills about 2.5 weeks ago and I wouldn’t have a fair rating but I can say that it does gives a nice, smooth level of energy, so far I have not noticed any weight loss but I am hopeful that it’ll work
