This unit was easy to set up and use.I wished it had more weight to its body, but for the price it is a great deal.Before using on another person I would recommend using it on yourself to know what it feels like. You nails can get really hot if pressure is on so make quicker passes rather than lengthy as that overheats the nail and gives a burning sensation.I also used the sandpaper tips to remove calluses under my feet and it worked really well.

I’d choose zero stars if that was an option.Very simple – I just received this today. I plugged it in, flipped the switch to turn on – nothing. Flipped all the switches around, nothing. The ‘LAMP’ light never comes on, no sound from any part of this.I owned a higher quality e-file for the last 6 years and it was great; it eventually burned out so I thought I’d try a cheaper version this time. I expected it to at least last a year – but to not work at all? That’s a surprise and huge disappointment. Instantly returned.
