Only worked twice
The machine is beautiful, comes beatifully packed with razor and glasses included, instruction are very easy to follow and the machine it self is very self explanatory.I was able to use it twice for 15 minutes seccions in different body areas, but surprise for my 3rd session it didnt work no more, the machine would turn on but no bliking light or work whatsoever when you put it to the skin, no pain only a small managable burning sensation, no scent was percived, small esasy to store… But wont recommended!

Not safe
The flash didnât turn on but a brief spark came from it as I was trying to get it to work. It turns on and the fan starts but the flash/laser didnât happen. Trashed it because I waited a few days to long to try it.

I have followed the instructions and used for several weeks, but I see no difference in the hair growth on my chin. I donât believe it works. Not painful, light sting sometimes.

Works well
This laser hair removal tool works well on different parts of the body, and is effective in removing hair. I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and so far I’ve had no problems. The manual describes the steps to use the tool well and everything is laid out nicely. I would recommend this!

Great! but not painless
I recently got this device for my leg, bikini, and under arm area. It is customer friendly and itâs nice that it comes with sunglasses. For pain, it doesnât hurt with thinner hair (leg hair for an example) but unfortunately when it comes to thicker areas like the bikini area and armpit area there is a slight but sharp stinging sensation. Despite this, the stinging goes away after a few seconds but I wouldnât say that this device is painless. But I only felt this stinging on the 4-5 setting which is the highest setting so it makes sense why it would sting a little. Overall Iâve only been using this for a week or two so I canât say anything about progress. But I think other than the pain, this product is very easy to use!

Unboxed the product. The cord wasnât in a baggy like the rest of the product. The instruction booklet looks battered and the machine itself has what appears to be skin prints against the laser end and some kind of black mark near the handle.

Since I won’t know the effectiveness of this product for months, if not years. I thought it may be helpful to do a preliminary rating. PROS: Packaging good, quality good, no flaws in the product or design, glasses were included (although no labeling – so not sure how safe they are). CONS: this is a big PROBLEM for me. The instructions had so many typos, incorrect wording, words running together without spacing, several sentences actually missing words! Because of the unclear instructions I have no idea HOW to use this, how often, the difference between “flashing” and whatever speeds/levels, etc. and when/why you should use the different options/flashings. I will keep using it but I have NO CLUE what I am doing.
