I used the whole bottle, and these are definitely effective, just give it time. Taste is not to bad, I let them dissolve in my mouth.Update: Just bought a second bottle because these definitely works!

I liked the taste, the ease of use, and the idea, but Iâm not sure they were effective. After using the bottle I got an awful dental check up, so Iâm giving them up.

As with a lot of supplements, itâs difficult to tell if they work. I tried them for two months and I still couldnât tell.But they taste good and theyâre very minty and I enjoyed them every day.
