Awesome and affordable
Wow, this shampoo is fantastic! I paired it with the signature conditioner from the same brand. I wanted to give this product a try because I was tired of overpaying for my old clarifying shampoo and conditioner and Iâm impressed. This shampoo lathers well with a light citrus scent and leaves my hair feeling clean and volumized with zero frizz or oiliness. For less than half the price this product is better than my old go-to. I have 1A hair so I need to use a clarifying shampoo at least 2-3 times a week to stay fresh and Iâll be switching to Kristen Ess. I did use the shampoo on my scalp and hair and only applied the conditioner to my ends which my hair stylist suggested and that worked well with this product for me.

Super Duper-Holy Grail!
I love this as a clarifying shampoo and conditioner few times a month to get rid of excess product or before I put a treatment on my hair (Keratin home treatment, etc)First, the bottle is great because you can actually see how much left is in it. The shampoo itself smells clean and fresh, not overly scented. You do not need much. (and I have thick curly hair).This is great after build up of product such as hair spray, smoothing agents, heat protection, etc. I usually wash twice before I put conditioner on or a hair treatment. The clarifying shampoo helps the conditioners. etc absorb more .It is also a great shampoo to use after swimming, and my hair feels nice and soft. This is the best clarifying shampoo I have ever used!

Good for Oily hair
This shampoo is great for oily hair. Needs to be rinsed thoroughly, but will keep hair clean. The bottle is a really light plastic, but no leakage. Smells great.

.I love the scent so much – it’s either Floral Woody, or Citrus Woody, and so uplifting!I wish it lasted longer – I feel it’s gone, even by the time I’m done with my shower, and I wish it would last all day! :)…I even wish Kristin Ess would make a lightly conditioning mist (or even, an actual body fragrance mist!!!) with this scent, that would last all day,and a little stronger …but making sure it still feels like the quality this does, not then feeling like chemicals……I also like the feel of the gel/lather – some gel shampoos, feel cold and gloppy, this one feels somehow (warm? and) bouncy,and the lather feels gentle while using(although after rinsing, my hair can sometimes feel a little stripped and as though it’s gotten tangled,BUT, when I go to brush out my hair, after, what I do is,I start near the bottom of my hair, so that I brush down only a few inches, and don’t pile up knots as I brush down,and then I move the brush up the length of my hair and repeat, until I have preliminarily slid out any tangles, then I brush as normal),and once dry, my hair and scalp feel balanced (NOT like I used anything harsh), and renewed and soft! I don’t need any conditioner, or after shower product!…I also even love the bottle/cap, lol 🙂 -To me, this product is ICONIC, and I hope it will be around forever! :).

Really impressed, I have an oily scalp (sometimes it can start getting greasy by the end of the day again) washed my hair Saturday morning, was still really good on Sunday, it’s now Monday and I will only have to put the smallest amount of dry shampoo on (usually would have to use loads of I left it this long) not sure I’ll use it for every wash as from the comments it can end up leaving your hair rather dry, but going to try once every two weeks and then use the Redken Amino mint shampoo in between that I’ve just also bought. I use the dark blue Redken extreme conditioner as I have dry ends with it being dyed and works perfectly in combo with them both!
