This is a fabulous shampoo in a bar form. Medium lather. Just make sure to wet your hair well before shampooing. Leaves hair soft and clean. I don’t feel any residue left in my hair after a wash and dry. Pair with the Castor Oil Conditioner bar. My scalp feels moisturized. No itching or flaking noted. I have color treated hair.

The bar worked exactly as described. I purchased this in hopes that the castor oil would do something positive to my hair, but it has not. Frankly it left my hair dry-however, I did not get a matching conditioner so maybe it would have been better if I did. I do use conditioner, it just wasnt the kitsch brand. I am going to try some of the other scents and products, especially the shampoo and conditioner combo and see how that works. I also used it on my skin which I will say left a nice feel and did not make my skin dried out. I would recommend this just would say make sure to get a conditioner combo with the shampoo.

Great shampoo
I love this shampoo (and the matching conditioner). It lathers well and rinses easily. It didnât rinse as well in the water on a recent visit to Palm Springs but at home itâs amazing. I have gray hair and itâs very gentle. Not much scent.

I love these bar shampoos! The castor oil made my hair feel super soft but was too much conditioning for my hair I need a lighter treatment for every day soIâm using the tea tree shampoo and conditioner. The castor oil will be useful if my hair needs a moisturizing treatment. I have thick, curly hair soI thought the castor oil would be perfect but the tea tree is better for me.

I really like it. It soaps up really easily, smells great (very light, herbal scent with no perfume scent) and my hair is soft and easy to style afterwards. I always leave the bar out to air-dry on a soap dish and it’s holding up well. I would buy again.

Lovely Shampoo Bars, great value. brilliant quality and lasts for ages. This is my second bar, I currently have the Purple bar for Blonde hair and it’s way better than most higher priced Purple shampoos. The Castor Oil Bar leaves my hair feeling thicker and more manageable and looking much more nourished, no more dry straw looking hair.This is a great option, for everyday, holidays, gym and it’s so portable too. First time using a bar of soap as shampoo. I decided to give it a try since the ad said itâs all natural and I have been looking more natural alternatives for shampoos since I have been losing some hair. It was hard to lather onto my hands and feels rough if I try to lather it directly onto my scalp by rubbing it in. I used Luke warm water and that didnât increase the lathers.When I finished washing my hair, it wasnât as soft as I had hoped it would be. I also bought the rice conditioner that was suggested and that was somewhat helpful.Edit: I ACTUALLY NOTICED LESS FAIR FALL! I made the first review upon trying it the first time, however, I forgot to mention that my hair literally stopped shedding by like %80 when brushing it and my hair feels lighter. I strongly believe that this soap shampoo and conditioner has made a positive difference on my hair. I will continue using this in the future. Thereâs something about this soap that is different and in a good way.
