I do feel the difference when I take it vs when I don’t. It’s kirkland so that should say enough about price and value, but you get great value considering what it is.

You’re paying for everything you probably need and not for stuff you probably don’t.
Has all essential vitamins and minerals at or above minimum recommended amount. The value is outstanding for the price. This one covers all the bases. You could take additional individual vitamins and minerals depending on your age and condition (for example, I take extra vitamin D3 + Calcium). Some listed do not meet minimum daily requirements, but are probably more than satisfied by eating a normal diet. You’re paying for everything you probably need and not for stuff you probably don’t.

These are my regular vitamins I take daily. I’ve found they work very well for me.

Not sure what to say. They are a vitamins and they seem to do weekdays needed. They don’t my stomach upset but can be hard to swallow

Excellent expiration date
I read a couple reviews saying that the expiration date was to close to arrival date and all pills wouldnât be finished before uselessness and they (the reviewers) felt cheated. So I was a little wary, but I ordered them anyway. Well guess what? These have an excellent expiration date. The pills will finish wayyy before that day and Iâm glad. There are 3 of us taking the vitamins, but even if it were just me, I have more than enough time to finish the bottle before the expiration date. The pills are large, but you can cut them in half.
