I like these pills better than the first keto pills I ever tried I’ve been keto since December 2019.I track my ketones by urine stick, I had a few cheat days before I started to get back in it and start these pills day 2 I started seeing ketones, these also have apple cider vinegar which it AWESOME y’all have no idea how much I hate taking my apple cider vinegar pills so I love that this is in it.I did feel more energy and was hungry less often. I do intermittent fasting here and there and let me tell you I could fast 20 hours now and not feel like I’m starving.The only con I would have to say is the restroom I know tmi! ð I did go 2 more frequently but I think it’s the apple cider but hey at least it’s cleaning you out! Over all I love the pills I’ll be getting a 2nd bottle as soon as I am done with the current and if you are new to keto I recommend you start on these gives you the perfect boost you will need to stay in it.

My husband has been using these and has successfully lost the weight he wanted to lose. He now has set a new goal and is almost there. He started at 222 lbs and set a goal for 175 lbs and has reached that goal his new and final goal is 165lbs which he is almost at a total of 57 lbs when he reaches his goal. 1.2 lbs to go

Waste of Money
The Keto Weight Loss Fat Burner pills are a waste of money. They do not have the correct ingredients in them at all. The correct ingredients in the pills should be (1) 1800 mg of natural exogenous BHB ketones (2) a variety of different ketone salts, at least 2 or 3 (3) MCT oil (4) BioperineResearch Verified Keto is the best brand. It contains all of the ingredients mentioned above, and no other ingredients. These pills will work!, they will not work.If other ingredients are included with what was just mentioned above, they will not work. Those other ingredients do nothing to help in weight loss.As mentioned above RESEARCH VERIFIED KETO is the best brand to buy!!

No Major Impact for me
I wanted to write a simple review (long :)) for those that actually put in the effort and energy to workout. I’ve been taking these pills for approximately 2 months now. I turned my exercising up several notches, because I’m training for back to back tennis camps this summer throughout the East Coast and a European hiking tour in the fall of 2021. My partner and I are eating very clean. We were vegetarian for all of 2019 and 6 months into 2020. I’m 6’1 and my weight has varied a little since getting out of the military. In the military, I was consistently between 165 and 171. After military, I tried that stupid, “Lets bulk up and shred”. I then started to go between 185 and 197. Naturally, my metabolism started changing on me, but I was able to stay in the 180’s. I started 2021 at 202. I looked fine and was comfortable. Completely ok with relaxing a little and eating more of the things I love.Anyhow, my partner have been playing tennis for the past 3 years together, as our couples workout routine. We both have fallen in love with it and decided that it’s time to learn the proper techniques. That means more drills would be coming our way than either care to actually do, but we are going to do it. We decided that we were going back to the gym 2x a week, walk around the neighborhood every night, eat healthier (no fast foods when on the road), drink water only (128 oz- bout the 64 oz water bottle, it makes it easy for me to commit) and play tennis 4x a week. If that doesn’t sound intense- give it a shot for the 6 months we have been doing on top of renovating houses in 3 states, running a business, and traveling. It’s hard to stay motivated when the sleep is so good. Good luckI’m 31 now and 191. I decided to add these pills to my regimen to try to get to 180. I read a few reviews about this product and the use of the restroom and such. Keeping my routine in mind, I’m at 185. That works for me, but I just expected a little more in the process with the effort that has been put forth. I’ve placed myself in ketosis before, without the use of a pill. This round I really didn’t feel like it happened the same and I didn’t think I went into ketosis as described.This product may work for you. As a person not looking for the magic weight loss pill, but looking for a booster- this didn’t do it for me. I worked out and have been strict with the process for the past 6 months. If you are a couch potatoe thinking that there is weight loss pill out there for you, because people like Randy Jackson and Al Roker said it worked for them- please stop spending your money on those dreams. It doesn’t happen that way.From 200 to 191, I turned to healthy eating, water, sleep, exercise and patience…the weight started shedding. (1.5 month process)From 191 to 185, I added this pill to that regimen and just can’t bring myself to believe it had a major impact. (2 months)Today, as I type this message, I stopped taking the pills at 185, continued my routine and I am at 179.2. My scale is a hater, but I am ready for tennis camp and I feel great. (less than a month)After tennis camp and hiking, I will more than likely not be as strict ever again. I miss my dad bod- it was comfy and the abs are too much to maintain for me in my 30’s….the 20’s can keep’em. Good luck on your journey.

I was surprisingly pleased by the results I got from these pills I started taking two a day because I didnât wanna overload my body with supplements and one of the reps of this Product contact me to have a follow up of how things were going with the pills and Iâd let them know that I wasnât really seeing any results so they recommended me to take the recommended amount which was two pills twice a day I started immediately to take the doses like the actual product recommends I kid you not I begin to lose weight immediately I was stuck at a number that I could not go under and this kicked me out of the slump that I was in I totally recommend this Product! Not heavy on the stomach at all I have taking it with or without food and I havenât had any issues. I havenât noticed any negative side effects!

I’ve been happy with this product. I take a capsule 3 to 4x a day and 20 to 30min after my hunger goes away while the bonus is the energy boost, being able to focus on work rather than food. It worked for weight loss when I stayed on a strict Keto diet however once I cheated and started introducing some carbs, the weight went up. So for this to work, you really need to be dieting, stay Keto and keep a low calorie intake based on your body size; the upside is that you don’t have to suffer through the hunger and stomach growling. This is no miracle product. It takes work: Keto diet + portion control + exercise.

So, I recieved the new version. When I take the 2 tablets with water, I burp almost 15-20 minutes later. The burps reflex is a candy take. I so decided to open the capsules and taste the powder. It tastes kind of sweet. Long story short these did nothing for me. I don’t even smell ACV in the capsules. This new version is trash.
