Avoid with b12
Not advisable for people who have an ulcers or acid reflux because of the apple cider vinegar, and once you take this make it sure to drink a plenty of water so you won’t feel the burn in your stomach, also after i experience the appetite suppress the b12 gave me hunger instead of controlling my appetite so its a waste of money for this kind of keto gummies. Cos you suppose not feel hungry and to get loose a weight and not to get hungry, so that is my only cons about this.

Ordering again! Iâm not even gonna lie this stuff is like magic. I do stick to a diet even though maybe a few times out of the week Iâll indulge in something, I do walk/run a few times a week but for two weeks I didnât and I still would lose weight taking these gummies. Itâs weird. I do wish it had more caffeine but thatâs fine.

Not effective
I give 2 stars as I’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks now. The first few days I saw the best results. Bloating subsided and bathroom visits were more pleasant however I have since started bloating again and bathroom routine has return to normal (before the gummies). Digestion has been a become an issue for me and I was hopeful this would really help. Im not giving it up just yet since I put money into it but if I dont get better results soon, I will not reorder. Zero weight has been dropped so I’m not sure where the weight loss comes from as advertised. Its hard to say that this product is effective. The gummies themselves are very tasty, good texture, easy to chew & swallow.
