Nice mist sprayer. Used toner with it and really like it.
Really like this product where I can put my own type of toner etc into it. I do like using toner with this product, but I worry about the spray part getting plugged. It sprays out a fine mist but uses the toner quite quickly. It comes with two cartridge things so that’s a plus. I find it quite easy to use for a toner especially after showering. Unfortunately the user manual is in chinese, but you can use google translate. The box it comes in is quite nice and feels quite luxurious. It fits nicely in the hand and is ergonomic too. I do recommend but I do think it’s quite expensive.

Arrives ready to use, very user friendly and simple to setup and go! I like that this includes a funnel so you can add your favorite toner and you also get a replacement glass bottle. Very effective and the spray works great too, you get an even application without feeling like your face is soaked with product. Would make a great gift too, leaves your skin very hydrated and glowy.

Neat little device, took a bit of finagling to figure out how to use but once I got it, I am a fan! The mister is fun and feels nice on the skin – this is nice for a little at home spa day.

Limited functions, no instructions
This didnt come with instructions, you had to go to the listing to watch the video to figure out how to use it. I had hoped that this was going to offer a warm mist function or that since it mentions “airbrush” that you’d be able to add color cosmetics to the tube and use it to apply makeup or a setting spray in a way that would be finer and easier to use than the general pump bottles those products come with. Actually it’s just a very general face mister and it’s very difficult to get the benefits of any product that’s not already a liquid with this unit. Although you can dilute an essence or a serum with a lot of water and spray it on in a fine mist, the sprayer clogs easily with anything other than straight water and it really changes the efficacy of the product when you add that much water to it. I don’t think it offers any more hydration than a pump bottle would and this is several times the price of multiple bottles of face mist. It has a luxe appearance and it charged quickly but I don’t think many people would need this when there are less fussy options that deliver better results.

It’s fun
So this mister is fun, and feels really nice, but I’m not sure it has many benefits. I think this is nice for like a spa day, or using it between cleansing your face and the rest of your skincare. I just don’t think the value is there. However, I will say it feels refreshing and is easy to use. If you just want this for fun, go ahead. But, after using it daily for a few weeks I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin.

Nice refreshing mist but at a very big price
The JOVS Diary Hydrator is an attractively designed cordless mister. The shape makes it comfortable to hold with the power button conveniently placed. It has one speed, so one press of the button turns it on and the next press turns it off. The water âtankâ/reservoir is tiny.Check out the video to see how to fill it and turn it on. Turn on the sound to hear the unit operate and youâll also see what the mist looks like coming out. Note: This unit is not a personal fan that you can take with you on a hot summer day to keep cool by misting your face and neck. It is good for short bursts of mist that are nice and fine and refreshing, but unless you carry a bottle of water around with you, youâll be carrying around an empty mister after about a minute of operation.Also included in the box (which is attractive and giftable) are a small plastic funnel to help with filling the little bottles and some swabs for cleaning the unit. The listing indicates you can use other liquids like toner or serum, but I didnât try anything other than water since the other products I use are not candidates for use with this mister.While the mist is refreshing, at just under $100 at the time of this review, this attractive little machine is definitely an indulgence. I canât recommend the JOVS Diary Hydrator on value for the money because of the incredibly short run time. Iâd expect the price point to be much lower given the limited functionality.

Next level skincare
I had heard about these kinds of facial misters before so I was very excited to give this one a try. I so appreciate someone taking the time to translate the manual because without that and the demonstration video, I would have no idea. It is currently priced at around one hundred dollars which seems super steep to me. It does really effectively apply essences/toners/serums more evenly and deeply which is quite valuable in upping my skincare game. My routine is already a bit too involved so now this adds yet another step. Also, I have to get used to spraying something all over my face that otherwise would have been applied with a cotton square or my fingers…definitely can’t take a breath when in use. I like it, but just not sure that I can make this a daily part of my regimen because like I said, it already takes too long as is to apply every layer of my products! If I find that I start using this more frequently and can’t live without it, I will absolutely update this review down the road.

Thank goodness other people posted videos on here on how to use this device or I would have had no idea how to operate. The packaging is very luxurious and the mister feels like great quality. I tried to translate the instructions book to English but had no luck making sense of it. Apparently this is as a facial mister for water and very lightweight watery serums. It comes out as a fine mist. The bottle is easy to remove and fill. It’s an innovative device.
