These are Fantastic!
I purchased these, since my skin is pretty sensitive to pure ice. I usually need to ice my arms after allergy shots, so I invested in these. I wrap them in a towel and apply to the back of my arms. They work so nicely! Just squeeze them, wait for a pop, and shake. They will be cold instantly but not biting cold like pure ice.My only negative is the coldness does run out pretty fast- within 10-15 minutes I’d say. But, overall, they are convenient and a great thing to have on hand!

Doesnât stay cold long enough for my needs
I was looking for cold packs for the worst moments of my hot flashes. I thought these would be a good idea because they are similar to the ice packs we give to patients at the medical office I work at. Those last 10-20 minutes, but I only got 4 minutes tops out of these. They are cold but, not suited for my purpose. I bought these because I figured they would be a more convenient alternative to the small icepacks I use in my lunchbox. Iâm trying to find something that lasts longer than 4 minutes and can form to the back of my neck. For hot flashes, these are not suitable but they have many other uses
