The benefits of an expensive vitamin at a drugstore price. This is my favorite multivitamin Iâve ever purchased. They are easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, and donât leave a lingering taste after. There is a slight smell but to say itâs horrible or not worth buying the product over is very dramatic. Iâm on metformin and I can tell you these are nothing in comparison. They remind me of the smell of Flinstoneâs chewables. Lol.The major selling point is the bio available forms of supplements in this multi. It works really well for hair and nail growth as well as low iron and fatigue. I would recommend these to everyone.

Feeling better without the fillers.
I have tried several vitamins and these are the best by far. I feel good and they are easy to swallow. There is a difference in how I feel when I miss a day.The dosage says 2 pills a day. I have found when I take 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet early afternoon, I have energy through the evening.The vitamin content seems to fulfill my bodyâs needs.

These smell TERRIBLE
They literally smell like old, urine-soaked diapers. If I don’t close the lid all the way, it smells like someone peed all over my bathroom. I usually spend the entirely of the day cleaning, before I take my second dose of the vitamins and realize the smell if coming from the bottle.On the plus side, they are a great value, easy to swallow, and I can tell a difference in the absorption with the slow-release formula vs others. Honestly, they don’t have an awful taste, and I find them quite bearable. I’ve purchased these many times.

You got to try these if you haven’t before
So I have been taking another multivitamin One A Day pill for women over 50 and never really felt like I got anything out of it. But I didn’t know I wasn’t getting anything out of it until I took this vitamin!My daughter had told me that the vitamins I was taking were not good for me because they were not methylated. So here I am with this first jar.Simply amazing! I can totally feel a difference. I feel energized. I’m awake during the day. It’s just a total different feeling and I love it!Now I will tell you that I am bipolar and I told my psychiatrist about these vitamins today and he told me to keep an eye on my mood in case I happen to go manic with these vitamins.If you’ve never tried methylated vitamins before, you should really give these a try. I take two in the morning simply because I would be taking the second one at night before I go to bed and that’s uneventful for me. So I take two around 10:00 in the morning.The vitamins are very easy to swallow. They don’t have any strange smell!

Great Value
There are a lot of reviews speaking about the taste and smell of these vitamins. I don’t know about you but I don’t really choose my vitamins based on the way they taste or smell. I buy based on the ingredients and effectiveness of the product. I’m not going to lie, these smell and taste awful but, they are made that way because the company chose to jam pack the pills with actual vitamins and minerals as opposed to fillers and I’m okay with that. I can deal with a minute or two of unpleasant taste and smell to be healthier, in the long run.I recently started on Keto and decided I needed to supplement with a multivitamin. I tried another brand specifically for keto that majorly upset my stomach. I have a tendency to be sensitive to vitamins and some medications. I was worried that this might do the same but, I have been taking the full dose for three days now with no ill effects.Tonight I got an email from the company with a guide to taking this supplement and answers to some FAQs which I thought was pretty awesome.Overall, for the price and quality of the product, so far, I feel like it can’t be beat. If you can get over the smell and taste, I definitely would recommend taking a shot on these!

Great vitamins until weird change in color
Been buying these vitamins for several months and have thus far been pleased with the quality. However, this evening as I was restocking my vitamin tray, I noticed a stark difference in color compared to last months vitamims(see attached photos) Not sure if there was a change in formula or what but it definitely gave me pause as to whether these are good still.

L’ho ricomprato perchè sicuramente come contenuto di minerali è il migliore che ho trovato su amazon. Non molti sanno leggere le etichette a quanto pare. Altrimenti saprebbero che la forma di B12 meticolbalamina di questo integratore è molto meglio della cianocobalamina, in genere tossica e presente negli integratori comuni, per giunta in quantità esagerata (che predispone al cancro al polmone). Per non parlare del metilfolato rispetto all’acido folico che, per essere utilizzato dal corpo in forma di folato, deve passare attraverso numerose reazioni, mentre i folati sono subito metabolizzati nel piccolo intestino. Oltre a non essere immediatamente disponibile per lâutilizzo, lâacido folico può diventare pericoloso quando si accumula: diversi studi lâhanno associato ad un aumentato rischio di cancro al colon.Quantità ottima pure di selenio rispetto ai soliti integratori.E poi il mio preferito: il glicinato di zinco invece dei soliti ossido, gluconato o citrato che sono meno biodisponibili e che danno terribile nausea.Se pensate che tutti i minerali e vitamine siano uguali, purtroppo non è così e la qualità in base alla loro forma è molto diversa.Inutile andare sul risparmio e acquistare prodotti inefficaci e dannosi, altrimenti non si ha alcun beneficio dall’integrazione.Io direi che questo prodotto vale il suo prezzo e anche di più, in quanto costerebbe altrettanto una sola di queste forme metilate nella stessa quantità . Peccato solo per l’assenza del Magnesio, ma credo che un quantitativo adeguato comporterebbe dei pasticconi non deglutibili.

Bon produit.. complet. recommandé par le médecin pour remplacer le cachet d acide folique qui contient du lactose que je ne tolère pas. Donc deux cachets, le résultat sera plus long. Associer a un probiotiques pour réparer les dégâts des cachets industriel…2023Nouvel achat, utilisés pour aider mon organisme à compléter ses manques de vitamines.Dans le cadre d une fibromyalgie, avec une hypothyroïdie sans traitement, à cause de beaucoup d allergies dûes aux médicaments pharmaceutique.Pas de lactose ni de stéarate de magnésium qui occasionne des diarrhées (comme le magnésium)..

Ya es el tercer bote que compro de estas vitaminas. La primera vez lo compré porque mis analÃticas estaban un poco bajas de hierro y vitamina D y me notaba algo cansada. En la siguiente analÃtica habÃan mejorado. Ahora las tomo durante un par de meses cuando me siento cansada y veo que mis uñas se vuelven frágiles.No saben mal ni tienen mal olor, al menos para mÃ.
