My Dr. ordered Vascepa after viewing my blood work. Insurance wouldn’t cover it so I decided to try this product. Four months later, did NOT change diet or exercise regimen. Here’s the numbers. Triglycerides 341 down to 257 VLDL “the really bad LDL” 52 to 40 LDL 53 to 41. The numbers speak for themselves! My Dr. had a stunned look on his face when I told him I was taking a supplement from Amazon instead of Vascepa. His response “well it’s definitely working, don’t stop” It worked well for me, I hope others have a similar result.

TOO Hard to Swallow
I struggle to get my Omegas. And I love this company so I thought theirs would be ideal. TOO large. I just cannot swallow them. 🙁

Iâm really happy with the purchase. What stood out to me right away is the natural lemon flavour â itâs honestly awesome. Sometimes after taking the tablet, I can still smell a bit of lemon, which is actually really pleasant. Best of all, thereâs no fishy smell or aftertaste, which has been a big issue for me with other brands in the past.The capsules are a bit large, but I found a super easy trick â I just leave the tablet in my mouth for about a minute, and it softens up a bit. After that, itâs much easier to swallow and goes down with no problem.

Nella miriade di integratori di Omega 3 che ormai affollano il mercato, c’è decisamente un po di tutto. Per quanto misurare la reale efficacia di questi prodotti sia oggettivamente impossibile, tanto più affidandosi alle sensazioni individuali.Su una cosa questo prodotto sicuramente si distingue per qualità rispetto alla media: la concentrazione e il rapporto di EPA (410mg) e DHA (250mg) che sono appunto i due acidi grassi polinsaturi della famiglia Omega-3 che rendono queste sostanza così benefica per l’organismo.E aspetto non meno importante, specialmente se si intende fare un uso prolungato o regolare di questo tipo di integratori, la provenienza del pesce da cui vengono sintetizzati. Si tratta in questo caso di acciughe ovvero pesci di piccola taglia, appartenenti a fasce inferiori della catena alimentare e dalla vita relativamente breve, quindi non soggetti o quantomeno soggetti a percentuali irrilevanti di accumulo di sostanze inquinanti.Questa tracciabilità purtroppo viene garantita solo da una minoranza degli integratori Omega-3 presenti sul mercato, specialmente in questa fascia di prezzo (15⬠per 60 capsule).Infine il prodotto è certificato come esente da OGM e conforme alle normative GMP del Regno Unito in quanto paese di produzione, che ne garantiscono gli alti standard produttivi.Globalmente quindi un integratore Omega-3 di qualità sicura e per caratteristiche superiore alla media in questa fascia di prezzo.

En primer lugar decir que el pedido llegó a tiempo y en buenas condiciones de embalaje. Al abrir el producto no se observó nada sospechoso o en mal estado.SOBRE EL PRODUCTO:Son comprimidos con aspecto de perlas de gel, agradables al gusto, y que no repiten tras su consumo (como me ha ocurrido con otros productos similares basados en pescado). Esto lo consiguen con el aroma de limón añadido. Se recomienda tomar uno al dÃa después de comer. Llevo mes y medio consumiéndolo y nunca me ha sentado mal o se me ha repetido. La única pega que podrÃa encontrarle alguna gente es que son comprimidos bastante grandes (algo más gordo que un ibuprofeno de 600) asà que para las personas que les cuesta tragar comprimidos les recomiendo tirar de aceites bebibles.SOBRE LA VITAMINA D y EL OMEGA 3:A dÃa de hoy es bien sabido que existe un déficit de vitamina D generalizado en la población. Por vivir en una región poco soleada (Galicia) y trabajar en un laboratorio a la luz del neón, durante el invierno suplemento esta vitamina para compensar déficits. En este caso, además, este suplemento contiene Omega 3. Lo bueno de esta convinación es que ambos nutrientes provienen de su fuente natural, los aceites de pescado (como el aceite de hÃgado de bacalao de toda la vida). La ventaja, que nos encontramos con un concentrado, y consumiendo un único comprimido suplimos la carencia crónica de vitamina D propia del invierno o en este caso del confinamiento, de una forma con buena disponibilidad y aprovechando las sinergÃas con otros grasos a los que suele ir asociado como es el Omega 3.Tanto la vitamina D como el omega 3 son fundamentales para la salud, no solo de los consavidos efectos de la vit D para los huesos (en este caso altisimamente recomendada en la menopausa y 3ª edad) o de los efectos cardiosaludables del omega 3. Ambos nutrientes son altamente beneficiosos para el cerebro (por ejemplo contribuyendo a una buena salud de la glia y las vainas de mielina de los axones cerebrales). Consecuentemente empiezan a verse resultados en estudios cientificos de los beneficios de ambos nutrientes para múltiples funciones cognitivas e incluso para el estado de ánimo.Evidentemente, un suplemento es una ayuda y no un sustito, y siempre que sea posible debe tomarse el sol con moderación y comer alimentos ricos en omega 3. Pero como ayuda, y con cabeza, doy fe que va muy bien.
