Il faut prendre son temps. Pour ma part, après un peeling ou gommage, je mets ma crème hydratante et je commence le rituel des cryo spoon (après les avoir mises 10 mn au congélateur) Bien suivre les mouvements indiqués (tutoriels sur YouTube). Ce rituel me prends environ de 10 mn à 15 mn. Je prépare toujours un bol en acier avec de la glace pilée pour les refroidir si besoin.Après, désinfection et réfrigérateur.Le seul hic pour moi est la finesse des manches car jâai de grandes mains mais on peut rajouter de lâépaisseur avec un grip. Aujourdâhui, je mâaperçois que les housses noires des manches glissent et je suis obligée de les remonter.
