The needles werenât long enough to penetrate any skin
The needles didnât go past the surface making the device effectively useless

Excellent serum flow and short needles great for thin skin areas
This little microneedler works great! I got the shorter needled one because I want to use it around my eyes, on my forehead, and on my hands where the skin is thinner. I know some people said that the serum doesn’t flow out and they can’t feel the needles at all, but my experience is exactly the opposite. The pressure switch that opens the holes for the serum to flow through is not powered or force pumped – it’s fed via gravity. You have to tilt your head, or lie down, so the needles are pointing down and then the flow is actually quite heavy. I feel every point of every needle. It’s extremely easy to use and easy to clean. It comea with a little cap to keep it clean and protect the needles between uses. Be sure to spritz it with alcohol before use and after cleaning. Remember- short needles for thin skin areas, longer needles for cheeks and scalp!

Doesnât work well.
The needles barely protrude the top, meaning you clips basically rub it on your skin and nothing would happen. I had to push really really hard to get needles to contact my skin. Serum doesnât flow from applicator either.
