Best for gut health!
Wow! These work so well when you have that uncomfortable bloated feeling. I have shared them with various people that had that uncomfortable feeling of overeating or feeling sluggish. There is no harsh feeling or discomfort you feel just better after taking one.I use them almost every night typically before dinner or sometimes after. I just feel better in the morning after taking them in the evening! You wonât regret purchasing them!

Pretty amazing!
I have such a problem with bloating throughout the day and while Iâve been working at losing a few inches, Iâd started measuring my waist daily. I was so discouraged the night I bought this when my morning waist was 29â and my evening waist had gone up to 31â! . I donât know whatâs wrong with my body haha but this was the final straw- I didnât think the issue here could be exercise- something was going on with how I process food.By the end of every day my pants are always so incredibly uncomfortable- though they had felt fine when in put them on that morning.Anyway, I was in near tears that night and found this product on Amazon and bought it on a whim.Itâs seriously amazing. I take it for lunch and dinner and let me tell you, I canât believe that bloating from meals was really my main issue. Not only am I very close to the same waist measurement at night as in the morning now but I FEEL so so much better. I used to only be able to eat half portions during meals because Iâd feel SO full and now I feel like I can comfortably finish my food- or at least eat more than normal AND not worry about it increasing my waist to the point of unbuttoning my jeans ð .Some people have comments about their bowels changing (mostly they seem to be glad to be more regular) I havenât noticed and change at all for myself. Just somehow this seems to process food better in my system ð¤·ð»ââï¸.Honestly this stuff is truly great- Iâm not a fan of the cost but itâs worth it to me.

Worth it!
Four stars because it keeps me regular like Iâve never been in my adult life. It is a game changer in this sense. I take two of them daily. One in the morning before eating and one before dinner. However, does nothing for bloating. Will keep buying because staying regular is absolutely worth it for me.

Started off good now made me very sick!
So disappointed. When I first started taking these I absolutely loved them! Helped so much with bloating and really made my tummy feel flatter and so much better. Still taking as directed weeks later and I am having the worst cramps and non stop diahrrhea. I mean in the bathroom all night had to call out of work the next day diarrhea. I wasnât sure at the time if it was the supplements so over the past week I have tested it. Whenever I dont take then I am fine and now once I take them I get the same awful cramps nausea and non stop trips to the bathroom. Also gave me cramps in my back! I am now completely positive these are the cause. I read other reviews of people with the EXACT same symptoms. If it just cleaned me out without the cramps and other affects I wouldnât mind, the problem is itâs the pain and nausea that occurs. I will not be able to take any more of these as each time I just feel horrific and so sick.

You WILL poop
This products works, but it depends on if you think the side effects are worth it. Basically the first week it was great, I was pooping and felt good. The second week, however, I was basically full of gas, farting, pooping unexpectedly and had terrible nausea. Of course it took me about a week to figure out it was the vitamin. I thought I was pregnant. So thank you Hum for giving me and my husband a fun yet terrifying scare.

Game changer!
If you are the following: over the age of 50, postmenopausal, suddenly gaining weight, can’t sleep, always fatigued, feel like you have no muscles, getting depressed and miserable. Miserable then these are the supplements for you! I’ve taken these supplements for 2 weeks and I am amazed at the change. I am not bloated. I don’t have gas. I can actually eat food and not constantly worry where the bathroom is. It was getting to the point where I felt like I couldn’t eat anything without repercussions. So I became depressed and just decided to eat what I wanted. I was going to end up in the bathroom. Anyway. I am so thankful that my doctor recommended this supplement. Hum flatter me non-probiotic. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been using these for awhile now and I do think they really do help with bloating and even portion control. I take one right before my 2 bigger meals of the day (lunch and dinner). I dont eat as much as I used to as I get full quicker then before. It has helped me not feel so uncomfortable after meals as well. It probably took a couple weeks before I truly noticed a difference in my intake and feeling overall.Â
