So calming!
I like that there are 4 simple supplements included in this that really target brain function. I actually had to cut back to just 1 capsule daily. 2 was too much for me. I feel more focused and calm. I donât think Iâve slept a full night without waking up multiple times every night for over decade. The past 2 nights i have slept all the way through and felt rested when I woke. I have taken l theanine, gotu Kola and holy basil before and I have felt relaxed but something about this combo and dosage really feels good and itâs calming my brain while giving me energy during the day while really giving me restful sleep at night which I havenât noticed in other supplements. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed and I feel Iâm able to react to stress better.

Calming….but also makes me dream
I have tried this a few times at night before bed, taking ONE capsule. I think two would be overdoing it for me as I also take L-Theanine and Ashwagandha to calm my racing mind. This product is something I will use once in awhile because each time I take it I feel really calm before bed BUT it puts me in such a deep sleep that I dream all night long, almost like when I take melatonin. I don’t feel mentally foggy when I wake up but I can’t say I feel super rested either. I like the calming effect but it does make me sleepy so I can’t take it during the day.
