Natural ingredients
I used this in about half a bottle of water. Very faint taste, almost like nothing at all. It did help me get through an afternoon of dealing with co-workers requests without losing my cool. I have used holistic stress relievers in the past so this is a nice addition to that line up.

The taste is mild, not bad. I did seem more relaxed, and it didnât make me groggy or very sleepy, just calm. Great before stressful situations.

This is Herbal Goodness brand Don’t Give a Rats Bee-hind – 2 Fl.oz – Calm Aid, Herbal Supplement, Kava Drops, Chamomile Supplement, Lemon Balm | Calming Supplements. The bottle has 2 fl oz of unflavored liquid that is 24 servings. The supplement has a clean, simple formula: Kava, Passionflower, Motherwort, Shullcap, Ashwaganda, Gotu kola, Guava, Valerian, Lemon Balm, Glycerin and water. I really like that they do not add colors, flavors or preservatives. I like that this is made in the USA by a woman owned business. This is a good supplement!

This most definitely is not a sleep aid. How do I know? I filled the dropper completely six times and consumed the solution with water three hours ago, and I am still wide awake. I am not the least bit relaxed, either. I am pretty much my normal self â no better, no worse.I have been using progressively more of this each day for the past week, and I have yet to feel any effect, though itâs unclear what effect I am supposed to feel. It certainly doesnât relax or calm me.The instructions on this are rather vague: Add about 20 drops to a drink or a salad once or twice a day. Rather than making you count 20 drops, why not state how full you should fill the dropper?This has a pleasant, slightly sweet taste â like a very mild honey, with a floral essence. It goes down easy enough, but once itâs there it does nothing, at least for me.This seems overpriced for what it delivers â not a good value, not an effective product in my experience.I am giving this two out of five stars based on my middling results after using this a week, but I will revisit this review in the weeks ahead if my opinion â or mood â changes.

I havenât tried this brand before, but was looking for a product that might help me in the morning before work, and this fit the bill. The supplement is a liquid drop that you take under your tongue or in food or drink. The taste is quite mild and herbal.What stands out to me is the pleasant herbal flavor, and I find the name of the product funny. I think these drops are a good value as you get plenty of doses and it was easy to take, so for people who struggle swallowing pills can easily use the drops instead of capsules.If you are looking for something natural to try, you might give this a shot.

Contains Good Safe Natural Ingredients
I have to admit, part of the reason I ordered this was the clever name, however, I do deal with a lot of anxiety so I thought I’d try it. The taste is more bitter than I prefer, but it’s not too bad. It has 40 servings, which I really appreciate and contains ingredients like skullcap and lemon balm, both of which are good for nerves. I tried some last night and did not notice a measurable difference, but I suspect as with other herbal supplements, it will take a few uses in a row before I notice any real results. I like this company and how they use safe, clean, organic ingredients so it’s a plus for me.

I love this stuff. The name says it all.
I love this stuff. As soon as I saw the name, I knew I wanted to try it out. It is a calming supplement in an amber glass bottle. The dropper has a neat curved tip, easily allowing me to use the number of drops I wants. The liquid is a light amber color and is smooth and even in consistency. The flavor is ok, too. I can add it to a liquid or drop it straight in my mouth. The product is made here in the USA and everything about it seems to be excellent quality. Iâm really happy with mine. I hope it works out just as well for you.
