Great lip balm, but not so much for men
From a woman’s point of view, this is great lip balm! However, I would say that the description is incorrect. It does NOT go on matte at all. It is very silky and goes on relatively clear, but immediately reacts with your chemistry which gives it a hint of color. I happen to like that, as it enhances my natural lip color giving it a rich, deep pinkish boost and a shine that I love. If you do a “white tissue test” on your lips, you can see the faint pinkish tone. Definitely not like a lipstick or a gloss with a lot of color, but a very subtle color enhancement. It’s perfect for me and leaves my lips feeling great, but my guess is that it would not appeal to *most* men. I personally think it’s a clever marketing strategy used – make a “men’s” product geared towards women and sell the heck out of it! I’ll definitely buy it again!

Your lips, but better and healthier.
Okay, I wasnât expecting to love this as much as I do, but this lip balm is so good. It goes on clear, feels super lightweight, and gives just the slightest natural tint. You can tell itâs made with good ingredients, my lips feel instantly hydrated, but not sticky or heavy. I love that itâs made with Korean skincare tech and meadowfoam oil because it actually helps keep my lips moisturized instead of just sitting on top. Iâve been using it all day and barely feel the need to reapply. Itâs a small thing, but it just makes my lips look and feel healthier. Definitely a new staple for me.

Definitely has a gloss and pink/berry tint
So as a woman I do like this lip balm. The color it changes into is really pretty and it leaves a pretty nice gloss. I canât imagine most men would like this. My husband doesnât for sure. Itâs certainly not matte like it claims nor is it clear. It most definitely has a tint to it. For me, I really like the tint and gloss. Itâs kind of a berry shade. If youâre looking for a colorless, matte finish- this is NOT that. If youâre looking for a pretty natural pink to berry tint and a natural gloss then try it. The cost for a lip balm is pricey, but for a lip tint/gloss itâs not too bad. It doesnât last long, though and you need to reapply often. Itâs pretty good on the moisturizing side but for that there are other brands I like better. Overall I would purchase again for the pretty color.

Best Lip Lube
I lost (then found) my favorite lip balm from Kiels. In the interim I ordered this from Harryâs and it has been my go to while I gave my Kielâs a break. It is smooth, non greasy, non waxy and makes your lips smooth and inviting. It doesnât have a shine and it doesnât make that annoying white line that forms on the inner part of your lips throughout the day from moisture contact. It really is that good.

Says “natural, matte finish” but actually makes your lips red & purple!
This product has a lot of marketing lingo such as Korean skincare, black tint, and a natural, matte finish. And since it’s geared towards men, I thought I was getting a product that would go on clear and not shiny.Yet when I put it on and look in the mirror, my lips look like there’s lipstick on it. And sure enough, when I wipe it off, there is a red and purple hue. Definitely not what I was expecting.I attached a photo of what the color is like when I wipe it off with a paper towel and also what the paper towel is like when I put it on directly. Disappointed.

Great at first, but changed after I dropped it
I really liked this product for about a week week. It went on smoothly, felt nice, and had a pleasant, light scentâalmost lightly like lemongrass. I did certainly need to reapply it more than once or twice a day.Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it and it is like dropping it made a chemical breakdown or something like that. LolThe texture completely changedâit became super soft, almost like a thick lip gloss. It doesnât even smell quite the same anymore. I tried leaving it at home in the air conditioning (instead of having it in my pocket), putting it in the fridge and freezer for a few minutes, even scraping a thin layer off the top, but nothing worked. It just hasnât gone back to the original consistency.Now I kind of hate using it. It feels too wet and glossy for my taste. I’m disappointed, but it might be partly my fault for dropping it. Lol Still, it’s odd that it would react that dramatically.I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because I genuinely liked it before the change. I guess I could recommend itâjust be careful not to drop it!

Best that I’ve tried, heels fast
Best Lipbalm, Chapstick Ive ever tried. It’s gray, but if you were to wipe it off with tissue it’s a darker Red, burgundy color. It’s not going to leave your lips bright red or anything, but there is a slight bit of color. Not very noticeable in my opinion. The only negative, drawback is its case and the angle is identical to lady’s Lipstick. Still the best Lipbalm I’ve tried and worth the extra cost. I feel like it heals chapped or dried lips faster, with my case, one application and you’ll see and feel the difference. Try it, you wont be disappointed
