    Awesome Gut health book
    I enjoyed reading this book compared to others that have discussed gut health. I like that the author took time to break down what is a leaky gut, and also point out the different types of gut health conditions. Next, I learned a lot about what symptoms look like with IBS, IBD, GERD, etc. In addition, this book is great because it identifies a plethora of ways to alleviate symptoms and conditions through diet, exercise, trying different ways of yoga, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, vitamins, or medication. Overall, this is a great book that I recommend to others to read.

    If you’re looking for gut health advice that’s a based and not just friendly advice that might help this book is for you. It’s very easy to understand and helpful. I recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with gut health. It was easy to understand and they didn’t use big doctor words either.
