Works well!
I purchased this in hopes of finding a whitening strip that didnât hurt my teeth. I saw the reviews for this, and honestly was a little skeptical, but the price point was really nice so I bought it!I donât regret it. Itâs only been 4 days, and my teeth are much much whiter. Not only that, my teeth donât hurt or feel sensitive.I used the express strips first, and then switched to the professional. I also use the mouth wash twice a day. I will say, after the first two days, I also paired it with the Guru Nanda whitening toothpaste to get a more even whitening look. I love the toothpaste, and it came with a tongue scraper.All this to say, Iâm just a regular person who wanted to write a review to tell you this does work, and you should give it a shot if youâre like me and need something less harsh on your teeth.

Strips meh, mouthwash great
Worked so well! I love it and it makes my breath feel so fresh. I did it twice a day for a little over a week to start seeing results. After that I do it when I feel like it basically, and my teeth still look naturally white. The whitening strips were weird, for instance the residue really stuck to my teeth, Iâm not sure if thatâs normal for strips. The strips werenât horrible, but I saw a better difference with the mouthwash, so I would recommend that product more then anything.
