These work well for me – I recommend to anyone
I take many health supplements and have for many years. I was looking for a good overall supplement for gut health that would be easy to travel with me. These fit the bill, so I took the chance. As Iâve learned to do with many supplements, I ingested these for more than 30 days and then I stopped. I noticed the difference within a couple of days of stopping. These definitely help my gut and, surprisingly, they also seem to help my energy and my cognition. Basically, this means I could tell a definite difference in those areas after I took a break from taking these. So now these are a staple in my daily diet and Iâm very thankful that they come in little packages to make them very portable. I do recommend these gummies. The taste is not terrible but doesnât really taste like candy the way that a lot of gummies do today. You know youâre taking a health supplement but itâs not exactly unpleasant taste. The size is relatively small, theyâre easy to chew and be done with. So chewing these is not unpleasant, but itâs definitely not like candy.Also, I often space mine out during the day. Iâll take two or three at a time.One of my concerns about taking this product was that it would duplicate the excellent multivitamin that Iâm already taking. So I worried about doubling up on multivitamin intake. My multivitamin intake had been working successfully for me for many years (as evidenced by my health response and positive medical checkups) and it was difficult for me to find a good multivitamin that actually worked for me. However, Iâm glad to report that these do not seem to adversely duplicate my multivitamin – which seems weird to me, but itâs the fact. Ditto with mushroom supplements. I also take other mushroom supplements and I was concerned that these were duplicate those, but my bodyâs response seems to be very positive from adding this supplement to my already robust supplement regimen.Iâm now on a routine purchase of this product as an ongoing health supplement that improves my health in several areas.

They are worth the price and do what they are said to do!
The purchase of Gruns has been one of my best finds and purchases of 2025. As they mention in their ads and packaging, they support gut health, energy, recovery, beauty and more. I can attest to all of those areas being supported after starting these early in the spring. I have had “gut” issues my entire life and these sugar-free gummies have kept my gut in check. You can purchase them in prepackaged on-the-go, travel easy bags or in one large bag. They taste great and actually seem like a treat. I look forward to having them each morning. Highly recommend!

Worth the cost!
Absolutely love these! My hair is growing and healthy and my fingernails are stronger than they have ever been. They supplement my dietary needs in a good tasting gummy. Pricey but certainly worth it!

Great supplement for Glu-1 users!
I have found that these gummies really help if you are doing a Glu-1 shot for weightloss. No more constipation or queasy stomach and I feel like I’m getting nutrients I may be missing by eating less. Taste is pretty good as well. Individual packaging makes it easy if you travel. A bit expensive, but has more nutrients than other brands I tried.

So far so good. The taste isnât great but not horrible either, very vitaminy and a bit earthy tasting. Iâm only on day 2 of 4 gummies a day and I can already feel it helping my gastrointestinal issues. As I go I will increase to the 8 a day most likely.
