Wet hair thoroughly. Massage a small amount of The Best Shampoo into hair and scalp, let sit for a little bit and rinse well. After shampooing, massage into scalp, let sit for a minute and rinse. Feel the tingle. Style as desired. Work a dab between palms, then into dry-ish hair and style away as needed. Take a small finger-full and work it between hands until product spreads out and warms. Welcome Back to this Great Product
SO HAPPY IT IS BACK. Was very difficult to get for a while and now it is back!! I tried many other brands – and nothing compares to this product – great quality – excellent hold and not making hair stiff but the soft hold lasts all day!! LOVE THIS STUFF. I’ve tried billy jealousy ruckus, bumble and bumble sumotech, american crew, malin+goetz, baxter clay pomade, gatsby moving rubber, and more. This is the only hair product I like enough to write a review about it.Out of all the products I have tried, ruckus, sumotech, or malin+goetz would be the main contenders to be my favorites–if I have never discovered this product. Don’t get me wrong, those products are excellent and I would definitely still think about using them depending on the occasion (especially special occasions)…but I always saw them as “going out” products or something I only really WANT to use if I have to maintain an appearance like putting on the most expensive suit in my closet (like going on a nice date, going on an interview, or maintaining a professional appearance at work)…Grooming Lounge Some Hair Cream is my new “go-to” product. It is easy to apply, keeps me looking proper at the workplace, and is so comfortable compared to the other products I’ve used that when I get home from work, the hair doesn’t keep me thinking that I am still at work (though I may look sharp like it!). I work a lot and I like to feel relaxed at home, so sometimes I would lazily forgo the other hair products if it is my day off or something. This may lead me to look like a scrub sometimes if I am just having friends over or running errands.This is seriously the only product I personally see as an afterthought to just starting the day, whether it be a workday or a day I can just lounge around and not worry about appearances. I probably look exactly the same as I do when using the other products–but this is the only product that doesn’t feel like a hassle to put on, and doesn’t feel like I am also wearing a tuxedo or need a shower the moment I get home to wash “work” out of my hair.Plus…this is a lot cheaper than my other favorites. It is only $12 bucks.I am curious about whether or not this stuff actually conditions–they don’t really explain how it works. But even if it didn’t really condition–it styles, it doesn’t feel heavy, doesn’t feel greasy, doesn’t flake–pretty sure I will use this product until scientists figure out how to make my hair sit just the way I want without even putting stuff in it.Note: If you are the kind of person that wants your hair to look shiny and have a sheen that lasts the entire workday–look elsewhere!

This is a great and affordable hair product. It has been performing well in holding my hair, which is very thick and “long” for mens hair. When I say “hold”, it isn’t sticking up but rather just staying is it’s general spot; helping keep an overall relaxed style (which is what a cream should do).However, this doesn’t seem like a real “cream” to me. It is more like an extremely light gel (and smells like gel too). It is even a little crackle upon first run through with your hand after it has dried. Thankfully, it still has some hold after the rigidity is worked out.Because it doesn’t have a great smell (just a generic hair product scent), has some gel properties, but has a great price compared to most creams: 4/5 stars.If you want a stellar product regardless of price, try Malin+Goetz sage styling cream.

Hard to get, but best there is
My boyfriend has thick, wavy hair and was on a quest to find the best styling creme out there. His gal at the hair salon where he gets it trimmed very month or so would send him home with a new (and expensive) product to try for his hair. None of them would keep his hair under control without leaving his hair either sticky or looking stiff with gel. I made it my mission to search the internet for the best stuff out there. I discovered the Grooming Lounge Some Hair Cream about 3 years ago but there was only one site that sold it. We would buy several tubes at one time to save shipping costs but when he ran out recently, that site no longer carried it. The retailer’s site charged so much more for it, especially when adding in shipping costs. Just last week I discovered that Amazon now carries it for a very reasonable price and, of course, Prime Shipping. We are thrilled and only hope they continue to carry it and would love it even more if it was added to the Subscribe and Save option.

I did a lot of research to finally find this product – it’s excellent. My hair is a little curly and I like to give it some control. I used to use another alcohol based product that was drying it out. I spent a long time on the web finding this alternative, which works great.If you are like me you want to put something in your hair that doesn’t have any chemical smell, unpleasant stickiness or turn your hair into a tortoise shell that you can’t touch until you get home. In short you want to run your fingers through your hair from time to time and then adjust your silk tie without fear.Grooming Lounge Hair Cream is perfect.I put it on right after I towel dry my hair from the shower. Then while Iâm shaving itâs drying. By the time Iâm putting my tailored suit on – itâs done.Interestingly, it creates a bit of a crust that goes away when you adjust your hair once or twice – but your hair stays in place – nice!My hair is starting to turn grey – Grooming Lounge Hair Cream doesnât affect the silver quality.Highly recommended.

I ordered this hair gel because it doesn’t have petrolatum in the ingredients list on Amazon (as of 25 Feb 2024). When the product arrived I looked at the ingredients list and the second ingredient listed on the back is petrolatum.Please list the actual ingredients that may be in your product on the amazon store and I’ll delete my review.
